“Your—” Luigi’s confusion was evident. Bowser’s eyes rolled.
“If I bite you, I make you mine.”Pursuing Peaches when she's only interested in Mario has repeatedly gotten him nowhere. It's long past time he should've been considering other options. Bowser's known that for a while now. And by some luck of the stars, Luigi ends up in his clutches. A relationship with Greenie will get him the pretty much the same thing he'd sought most from Peaches all along: new trading partners, and a bridge to peace with the other kingdoms. Bowser knows an opportunity when he sees one...and he sinks in his teeth.

Summary
It happened about a year after they moved permanently to the Mushroom Kingdom. He and Mario were fighting a strange sorceress who was trying to take over Sarasaland. Purple, blue and red magic swirled above her as her wand stirred the sky. She brought it crashing down pointed straight at his brother shrieking: "A curse on you! Meddlesome human!" and Luigi hadn't thought, just acted. That was three years ago now.
By day, Luigi is his normal old self, but at night...he becomes something very different and this new form comes with a few...complications. Every six months, he goes into a week-long heat. They're agony on his own. Then he discovers that seeking a no-strings partner for the heat is commonplace in koopa society. So maybe he doesn't have to suffer alone after all. There are even reputable agencies who'll help find koopas suitable partners. Maybe this is a really bad idea. What if his body isn't accepted? If this world was anything like the one they'd left, could he even be sure he'd be allowed to peacefully exist if word got out? True, the agency swore not to part with his personal information, but...Luigi was scared. Terrified. But also, he really needed this. Maybe he should take a chance.

Figuring out who you are, apart from the weight of everyone’s assumptions, your past as an ex B-list celebrity hero, and your estranged dysfunctional family is hard, if not impossible as is.
Add in trust issues and a gaping loneliness that only seems to grow day by day, and now you’re pretty much just going through the motions of a life you'd once hoped was your ticket to happiness.
Still, though, if it’s any consolation, the cute neighborhood guy you have a thing for also just so happens to be the new hire at work… And he might understand where you’re coming from a little too well.
