Summary
Makoto get's scouted by a talent agent to be a model and moves to Tokyo to pursue a career in modelling and music. Joseph is quiet, avoiding the question for as long as he dares. He could have answered her on the spot, in an instant, a chorus of affirmations. But Mary, for all they've been, is still his wife. He's quiet, trying to find a way to spare her feelings, as long as he can be. "Yes," he whispers finally, miserably. "He's the love of my life."
