The more surprising bit of it all, wasn’t Shadow the other day asking if Sonic had wanted to go out on a ride with him. And it definitely wasn’t Shadow not predictably reacting to Sonic’s jab at the double entendre of him offering Sonic a ride.
No, it was the box that he was handed last night before bed and Shadow’s stern, but simple instructions of, “Put this on before the ride. Don’t peek before then. I’ll be checking.”
