Summary
The gods know how Jon reacts to finding out the truth, and so in a bid to try and stop the impending rift between the last two members of House Targaryen, they send the Rogue Prince and the Realm's Delight forward in time to help their grandchildren set things right.
Daemon has no shame in making sure everyone knows he loves his niece Rhaenyra. He'll show his grandson that being a Targaryen means you're more than allowed to fall in love with your aunt, in fact, you had better.
Rhaenyra knows she's the heir to the Iron Throne. She also knows she loves her uncle Daemon. She'll make sure Daenerys is prepared to be the Queen she was always meant to be while also ensuring that her granddaughter has her nephew's heart and soul in the palm of her hands.
Because what is family good for if they don't help you out when things start going wrong?

Summary
Drogon disappears with his mother, and the six kingdoms plus the north are still suffering. Bran takes up ruling, but they all soon discover that old horrors are not as dead as they once thought. Meanwhile, Dany wakes on the Dothraki sea, and sets out to find her footing in a world that seems to have no place for dragons. No place, that is, until the past comes calling to ask for help. All of those who remain learn that there are more ghosts in the world then they'd like, and unresolved problems don't simply disappear. As usual, it's politics and horror in Westeros.
Also, a note about the Jonerys tag: Jonerys is endgame, but this does contain some Daario/Dany early in the story. For more detail please see the conversation with QuantumButterfly in the comments on Ch. 20. Thanks! Also, smut doesn't happen until ch. 27.

Summary
Jon Snow, the Bastard of Winterfell, has never been allowed to have what he wants. Ever. Because what he wants is his cousin's bride-- Daenerys Targaryen, Countess of Winterfell-- the first time they met was sadly the same night that Dany was to meet Robb Stark, Earl of Winterfell, with whom she had been arranged to marry.
Except…that was then. Now, Jon is the Earl of Winterfell, legitimized, Robb is dead, and Daenerys is free, but unfortunately, he is sure she only sees him as her best friend and confidant.
