it's not an invitation. ricky is telling him he wants him there without really saying it.
"i'll be there." he pats ricky's knee. the february chill still clings to them, ricky's hair messy but he looks so pretty.
gyuvin would follow him anywhere. japan, california—it's a scary thought. he's known ricky for eight months and he's fallen ass-over-teakettle in love. he should be terrified but he hasn't felt so sure about something in so long. he's sure ricky feels it too.
when gyuvin first meets ricky, he feels his heart swell so big he's afraid he's going to die. fate plays it's hand someway, somehow. but gyuvin dreams, planting the seeds all on his own. it's love at first sight. it's love at second and third and every single look he'll reserve for ricky for the rest of their lives.

“Do you ever think about getting out of here?”
Ricky looks at him oddly. “What? Like, move away?”
“Maybe,” Gyuvin thinks about it all the time, actually. At least a couple hundred times a day. He imagines what it’d be like to be with Ricky somewhere else, somewhere where their futures and lives weren’t already written and decided for them.
Gyuvin plays drums in a band and is someone nobody has ever paid attention to. Ricky sits at the top of the social food chain, spends money like it’s a hobby, and acts like being kind is a disease. Still, opposites attract, or whatever.

“Can you please,” The man cranes his head to the back corridor which connects to the rest of the hospital, “Just ask for Dr.Sung?”
Ignoring the request, another tactic Jaehyun developed to help with deterring some of these Hanbin fanatics, he redirects the man to the check-in process.
“I’ll need your puppy’s name.”
The man obviously notices the redirection, but he answers with a sigh, “Sansan. She’s two and a half years old."
“Mhm,” Jaehyun’s quick to fill out the information, “And your name?”
“Zhang Hao.”
Veterinarian Sung Hanbin has a lot of fans. One in particular comes as an oddity.
