Summary
Madzvie approaches Schpood one day in the dining hall.
“Hey,” she says, smiling. She’s got a little pink bow in her hair, which has newly been dyed blue and put into neat braids. “I know it’s a little nontraditional, but I was wondering if someone could tag along with Mattel for spring break? Just one person, nothing crazy.”
Schpood figures Bardun would have strong opinions — damn traditionalist social chairs — but he shrugs. “Why not?”
Madzvie grins. “Great. I’ll tell Jophiel yes!”
(or, I know nothing about fraternity culture and wrote a fic about it anyways.)

After finding Spyder in heaven, Schpood makes a half-hearted attempt to patch things up between them. Spyder responds mostly by killing Schpood, over and over again, in increasingly creative ways. “What if we made a deal?”
Flux stilled. “What kind of deal?”
“If you sing for me,” Saps said, sounding deadly serious, “Then I’ll get you out of here.”
or: Flux is a siren trapped in a dubiously-ethical laboratory, Saps is a scientist who may or may not have good intentions, and there is one very, very small tank.

Summary
Life is a strategy game for Thomas, always has been. He prides himself on his intellect: the ability to step back, evaluate each detail logically, and make the most rational, thoughtful decision. But there is no intellectualizing what's happening between him and Micro. There's no rational explanation for the feeling in Thomas's gut whenever Micro so much as looks in his direction. Except that he has, somehow, fallen head over heels for Micro.
Thomas has a crush. And he's crushing hard.
