Jimin has been agonizing for what seems like forever to tell Taehyung his decision but in the end it's out of his hands.
Excerpt:
The notification for this last message comes through while Jimin is in the bathroom. Neither Taehyung nor he are secretive with their phones and it’s not uncommon for them to open their notifications to check if they’re important or not. Needless to say, Taehyung doesn’t really think before he grabs his phone. Immediately his face floods with heat, eyes burning already with the surge of emotion. He wants to pretend he didn’t read it because he wants to allow Jimin to bring it up only when he’s ready, but he’s furiously rubbing the water from his eyes when Jimin returns from the bathroom.“Baby?” Jimin calls, beside him in seconds and tilting Taehyung’s head to look into his eyes. “Are you okay? What happened?”

Taehyung isn’t sure how to tell Jimin about his age regression. He has no choice when Jimin comes around while Taehyung is feeling especially small.
Excerpt:
They stay like that for a few minutes as Jimin rocks him and repeats the affirmations. Finally Taehyung’s sobbing dying down to shuddering breaths and sniffles. Jimin pulls away, cupping Taehyung’s cheeks in both hands and swiping away the tears on his cheeks.“You okay now?” He checks, voice almost a whisper with how soft it is. Taehyung nods. “What’s going on, Tae? Is--did I do something?”
Taehyung’s lip wobbles again but Jimin immediately soothes him.
“Tae--I sorry, I’m wea--really sorry Jiminie.” He’s grumbling to himself, frustrated with how young he’s starting to feel. “TaeTae- I-I mean I’m s-sor-sorry.”
