Summary
New to his company, business analyst and amateur baker Sukuna starts bringing his baked goods to the office. What starts as a way to (subtly) suck up to his superiors quickly turns into a (super subtle) way to strike up conversations with The Most Beautiful Person in the World, Fushiguro Megumi.
Everything is going great — except for one glaring problem: Megumi thinks Sukuna has a girlfriend who's baking everything he's bringing in.

Sacrifice. Like hell would Grimmjow give up who he is for anyone else. Let the world burn with him. But the little asshole did it, no thoughts to how Grimmjow now can’t get back at him.
Part of him thinks of going to kill him anyway. But it wouldn’t be a fight and while Grimmjow doesn’t much care about blood on his hands, it’s not like he simply goes around ripping out throats for the fun of it.
So he stays away. And the sun keeps rising and setting.
And Grimmjow keeps thinking about it. And then, finally, after a good couple of months of living in the human world – the buildings are still too high, too many people live in such a small space, there’s definitely something toxic in the air and there are a lot of things he doesn’t get (they apologize a lot, for instance) –, Grimmjow goes to Kurosaki."

Kurosaki does not even hesitate to consider before his face lights up and he metaphorically signs on the dotted line, crazy optimistic shithead that he is. "Sounds good to me."-
Time passes and some things change and some things remain the same, but as Grimmjow sees and learns more about humans and humanity over the years, it eventually occurs to him what he really asked of Ichigo that day.

Grimmjow grinned in his unsettling way again. "There it is." He let the wrist go, but Ichigo didn't get much opportunity to feel relieved because the same hand reached up to grip his chin instead. The gesture would have been intimate coming from anyone else. Coming from Grimmjow, it made Ichigo feel like a bug caught by a carnivorous plant, immobilized and waiting out the agonizing moments until he was digested. "There's the look I like on you: like you'll get back up and keep on swinging until you're in pieces. You keep looking at me like that, Kurosaki, and we won't have any problems."

Ichigo doesn't know anything about shinigami or hollows or wars between the two. All he knows is that there is one particular ghost with a hungry grin that he can't manage to shake. (Canon divergence where Ichigo does not get pulled into shinigami affairs, but does still get pulled into Grimmjow.)

Summary
The Omega Center was a place for wellness and healing that focused on their needs and wants. Or, as Megumi put it, a sex rehab for broken omegas.
After Megumi's heat suppressants failed him, his doctor recommended a visit, so he could have his heat in a safe place and focus on his healing. He just wanted to get it over with, go though his heat cycle with some alpha, and go back to forgetting about what he was. He hated everything to do with being an omega, and a week at some wellness center wasn't going to change that.
