You’re shaking your head when Shinsou yanks the control away from you. He could’ve taken it from you carefully, slowly. Could’ve let your mind realize in its own pace what was happening, feeling the tendrils wrap around you softly, floating around the edges of your brain for a moment before fully giving up your mind to him.
But he’s wrapped around you in less than the blink of an eye, watching your body immediately go rigid as you lie still now, awaiting his commands. He can feel how you oppose it, how you struggle to understand what happened.
He can feel the way panic rises at first – like it does with every victim of his brainwashing – fear and terror overtaking your entire system as you’re unable to do anything.
And then something seem to click inside the tethered connection that you’re sharing.
