Gourdy slowly stood, wrapping his blanket around his arms as he stepped towards the door, a tremble in each step. "...Who’s there?"
Silence. And then, a snarl, one that makes Gourdy yelp and stumble back, tripping over his own feet and landing on the rug. He feels paralyzed, unable to do anything but watch as the knocking quickly revealed itself to be scratching, which became clawing, desperate to get inside.

Summary
“Dandy.” She blinked, the low and robotic tone reverberating in his ears. She revelled in the way he shuddered under her, the tone of her voice clearly affecting him more than he’d ever admit.
“Vee.” A brisk gasp drawn out from his throat, it sounded too soft for someone so loud and ridiculous. His eyes moved towards her, almost submissively if she squinted hard enough. Dandy wasn’t taller than her, she only beat him by a few inches but that was good enough to give her the advantage anyways. Considering how he was locked under her gaze and leaning against a counter, oh, she definitely had the upper hand here.
A heated argument breaks out between Dandy and Vee, it spirals into something a little more.
