He kissed him on the top of the nose before taking his hand and pulling him towards the living room.
The room was dark. The lights were off, but candles were glimmering all around, the familiar wood parquet interrupted by a tarp taped to the floor, rose petals swirling around an old chair that had been placed in the middle of the room, facing the door.
And on the chair, a man, his hands and feet tied and his head heavy, hanging forward, covered by burlap. There was not enough light and they weren’t close enough to see if he was breathing. But Alastor knew dead men. And this man was not dead. Not yet, anyways.
Alastor smiled.

I like this version of season 2. nice work! thank god this has a good ending. I've had enough angst 😭😭
ok really, I was rather surprised and had to recheck the tags when I saw Ala tops in chapter 20. hmm okay maybe they just wanna try something new... it was intended to be a punishment for Vincent but instead turned out to be reward lol. you should know better, that Vincent will literally receive anything Al gives him.
Vincent love every part of Al, and don't wanna lose him ever again. and yes they will never be apart 'cause they're married yay!
also I like how this fic depicts the friendship of the Vees. I had seen many Voxal fics that contains minor Voxval, where Al often become jealous of these two, and surely that's fun but for me I prefer Vox & Val and Val & Al being friends.
