Summary
In another life, Akira Kurusu fought to save the world beside his group of friends. In this one, he lives in Hawaii, playing piano and performing at local cafés while attending a small university.
The Phantom Thieves officially disbanded two years ago. When the group travelled to Hawaii for a university exchange program, they decided to visit a small café by the shore, the music sounding all too familiar.
Across town, Goro Akechi attends a conference that he’s convinced will be as dull as the last. Until he meets a stranger whose piano makes him stop in his tracks.
Somewhere in between, Akira is wondering if this is another cruel trick that fate is pulling on him again.

Summary

And Akechi shouldn’t answer, but when he does, neither of them are capable of hanging up.
When the call ends, their interaction doesn’t, because Akechi is standing outside of Léblanc, looking for something he wouldn’t dare to admit.
