Annie in Season 4, Episode 1: "Yay, hospital administration, can't wait to be buried alive under a pile of paperwork and bed pans, just trying to summon the courage to ask out Dr Patel, the gorgeous Indian neurosurgeon who doesn't even know I exist."
And in this AU, that's exactly what happens.
Annie graduates Greendale and begins her work as a hospital administrator, except in this universe, she may not have the undivided attention of Dr Patel at first - but she does have the complete attention of the handsome lawyer Jeff Winger, who she may end up needing more than she ever thought she would.
