Summary
Of all of Zeff's friends, Stephen was probably the oldest, but Sanji never really had the chance to get to know him.
He didn't know the man well enough to spend two full hours in his company and, to be honest, he didn't really want to. Uncle Stephen was kind and seemed to be making an effort to connect with him, but Sanji couldn't help the uncomfortable feeling every time he found himself alone with him. He had the impression that every time Uncle Stephen laid his eyes on him, he looked at him like Sanji was some curious specimen. It never lasted more than a few seconds but it was enough for Sanji to not know where to stand. He had the feeling that Stephen knew full well what he was hiding under his baggy clothes, and each of his glances was enough to remind Sanji of that as well. After all, Uncle Stephen had already seen him when he was younger, when he still wore little girl's clothes, so…
