   Summary

   The HPSC decided that Yokohama should have at least one hero that’s permanently stationed within the city. As the only 15 year old within the Tripartite Framework with an ability that could pass as a powerful quirk, Chuuya was selected to go to U.A. to become the hero that Yokohama was ordered to obtain.

   Chuuya wasn’t sure what going to high school was going to be like, but his idea of it definitely involved a lot less spandex.
