Summary
(rewritten)
Trapped in a hostile cold war between humans and monsters, you've been left behind in the city of Ebott, cordoned off as a monster-zone. Too young and too penniless to move away, you and your brother survived mostly on the kindness of Grillby, who gave you a job in secret.
But secrets never stay hidden for long in a city like Ebott. Especially not around a nosy skeleton who's decided not to be lazy for 'human-hunting' any longer.
my take on a darker aftermath of the true ending.

Summary
Dawn Harper learned young how easily warmth can fade. After a childhood accident left doctors doubtful she’d ever have children, her family quietly pulled away, and she built a life alone—steady, capable, and painfully lonely.
One rain-soft night, seeking numbness in a bar, she met a laid-back skeleton whose terrible puns and gentle charm made her feel seen. He wanted nothing more than a fleeting connection, and Dawn, starved for affection, accepted. Then came the miracle she never expected—she was pregnant. He was gone, and fear for the fragile life inside her kept her silent.
Four years later, Dawn lives in a monster-friendly city, raising her twin skeleton sons with fierce love. Her world is small, chaotic, and full—until a chance meeting at a café brings a tall, quiet skeleton into her life, utterly different yet strangely familiar.
As new bonds form, the past she buried begins to stir. Dawn must decide whether to keep her secrets safe or risk opening her heart, knowing the truth could change everything she’s fought to protect.

**Mouse Among Skeletons Rewrite**
What if Edwina met and befriended the guys first? What if they thought she was their soulmate?Long after the end of Mouse Among Skeletons, there is a reset. Something must have gone wrong, for the whole multiverse resets to before Mouse was born. Timelines do not go as planned, and only Dust remembers The Before. He plans to put things right, leaving the name of Dust for that time where he made mistakes. With the mantle of Moros, he takes a more active role in your life. But, again, things go wrong, and Edwina is the one to befriend Papyrus first and get her claws into the guys. Moros could fix this, or he could use it to his advantage.
You are not the same shy and non-confrontational Mouse as before. Now as a single mother, collage dropout, you struggle to keep your head above water in the new world filled with Monsters. All you want to do is to retrieve Grandma Norma's treasure buried on the property of one Sans Gaster. You mostly stay out of Sans' way, but a terrifying accident on your son's fifth birthday thrusts you into the world of the skeletons and your soulmates.

Summary
You were just trying to get home from work on a late night. That was it. However, now you're stuck in a different world, and technically a different body. You try to make your way in this odd world and try to figure out how the hell to get back to your world. That's not such an easy feat when you don't know the first thing about the multiverse or how you even got here in the first place.
It doesn't help that at seemingly every corner, there's a skeleton berating you for something you didn't do. And every time you try to ask what it is that you did, they claim you already know what you did. Whatever it was that 'you' had done, it had to be pretty bad for these monsters to be threatening your life...
What the fuck did you do?
