Summary
It was supposed to be a simple mission, but then Giorno is hit with an unknown Stand that throws him into a panicked, uncontrollable emotional state.
The team has to balance taking care of this erratic and unpredictable Giorno, while also hunting down the Stand User causing all of this.
Meanwhile, Giorno tries desperately not to let out anything that would stain his impeccable, flawless reputation… which is hard to achieve, when he begins to cry because a chair scrapped too roughly against the ground.

Summary
Giorno Giovanna is the kind of person who keeps others at just the right distance to present himself the way he wants to be seen. Everything about him, he's sculpted perfectly- personality, looks, emotions. Sure, he allows himself to indulge in some of the comforts of having friends, but he could never break in front of them, never show a crack in the mask. This proves problematic.
For example, imagine Giorno was hit by a stand that brings him past the point of panic. And, for the sake of this example, it repeats itself in an erratic and unpredictable cycle daily, if not more often, until the user is hunted down and killed. And, just to elaborate on this totally irrelevant example, Giorno finds he needs support from the people around him, but is having trouble accepting just that.
That would certainly be problematic.
