Sanji let out a small laugh. “No, I’m serious.”
“Well, that’s got to change.” She announced matter-of-factly as she scooted closer to him.
A sly smile crept on her face. “I should warn you though, my astronomy lessons start at 10,000 Berries, and for a private session like this..” Nami shook her head. “Maybe double that.”
“I don’t care what the price is,” Sanji responded with a grin. “If you’re the one teaching it, it’ll be worth it.”

Summary
“Sanji-kun, have you ever been with a woman?”
The light out there is dim, only flashes of it cutting through the night when the shadows of the pub’s patronage move in and out of the backdoor. Each brief glimpse Nami gets of Sanji is enough to show the expression painted on his face morph from shock, to confusion, to sheer mortification as Sanji processes what she just asked. Cheeks so red she thinks he might pass out, Sanji squeezes his eyes shut, lips trembling. “Nami-san,” he whispers, “why…? I—a gentleman doesn’t kiss and tell—”
Sanji is already a great guy. It's not a stretch to think he could also be a great lover...if only someone was willing to teach him. Who knows, he might even find enough success with the ladies to dial back on showering Nami with all that earnest, eager, devastating affection.
If Nami is also trying to scratch a certain itch by offering Sanji her expertise, no-one has to know but herself.
