“Did you at least mean it, though?” Sunghoon mumbles into the top of his head, making Sunoo reluctantly remove his head from where he had tucked it under his chin, lifting his gaze to look up at him. “That I’m handsome?”
“Mm.” Sunoo wants to tease him and make a joke about Sunghoon being full of himself, but he honestly does look too pretty to refute. He reaches up and strokes the hair off his forehead, eyes roaming over his delicately sculpted face. “I’ve always liked you better with dark hair.”
“I’ll keep it this way forever, then,” Sunghoon tells him, and even with his adorable lopsided grin that showcases his sharp canines, Sunoo knows he wouldn’t hesitate to do so. (Their company probably would, though. The fan response to his blonde hair was pretty insane.)
That’s another benefit to being born into love. It’s never scared Sunoo how much Sunghoon loves him. He’s always embraced it wholeheartedly, and even though he would never go as far as assuming they’re perfect for each other, Sunoo is certain it’s just one of many qualities that makes them complement each other so well.
With stars in his eyes, Sunghoon holds Sunoo tight in his arms, impossibly fond. “Merry Christmas, Kim Sunoo.”
