Summary
Ten years after Maruzensky's victory over the URA finale, life had calmed down for her. She had settled down happily with Symboli Rudolf, now an administrator for the URA and sitting councillor on the Bureau for Umamusume Justice.
Maru grows concerned when Rudolf starts coming home later and later, more tired and stressed than before, thanks to big troubles with a new Umamusume Street Racing Gang that were proving to be a very dangerous threat, and beyond the usual grasp of the Bureau.
Something stirs in Maruzensky's soul as she stares out her window at Tata, her red Lamborghini Countach, now only taken for joyrides. If those Street Racers were untouchable by the police, perhaps there was still something that could be done.
Because it's not simply a matter of justice...
It's About Family.

Summary
Nishino Snapdragon only knows one thing about her past, and that's her name. It was lucky that she woke up in Tracen of all places, since President Rudolf was quickly determined to help her find out who she was and where she came from, but as far as anyone could tell, she seemed to have never existed.
Rudolf insisted none of that mattered though, because as an umamusume, Tracen would help her out. Unfortunately, racing on the flat the tracks seems to not suit her very well. Worried that she might be wasting everyone's time, Dragons doubts begin to grow.
