Summary
Heavily inspired by the visual novel game "Doki Doki Literature Club!" and certain fan-made mods for it, this is an original story about a boy who works up the courage to join the Literature Club at school. Through a series of good times and bad times that he shares with the other club members, he forms a connection with each of them and learns what it's like to have true friends.
This is a slice-of-life/teen fiction/romance story about the importance of trust, bravery, patience and understanding.
This is part two of a two part story.
CONTENT WARNING: Strong language throughout, and some intense scenes involving bullying, depression, drug and alcohol use, sexual content, suicide, various forms of abuse and assault, and violence.
Certain chapters (including some future chapters) contain explicit sexual content. These chapters are marked with warnings in the chapter notes.

Summary
"So...Monika, hey?" Wendy asks. "...she IS pretty cute."
"She'd be lucky AS HELL to have you." Gerald adds.
Sayori looks away and giggles. "...you think so?"
"We KNOW so." Wendy and Gerald answer simultaneously.
"I just...I don't know how to, you know...ask her out." Sayori mentions.
"Well, there's no need to rush, of course." Gerald says. "Take some time to REALLY think about what you wanna say."
Sayori thinks about her parents' advice as she follows them back outside. Her dad said that there was no need to rush, but with Monika leaving for college soon...
...today just might be her last chance to reveal her true feelings.
The Literature Club members have just graduated from high school, and they're celebrating with a pool party at Sayori's house. A day of fun in the sun, complete with burgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill...what could be better?!
Well, for Sayori, it turns out A FEW things could be better...
This is basically my headcanon for how DDLC's story would end, assuming none of the horror stuff is canon.
CONTENT WARNING: Some mild language, brief descriptions of violence from a book/movie, and brief mild sexual content.
