Summary
Once an alpha reaches a certain age, they're often sent off to fight and train to become proper warriors and defenders of their packs, and one day, suitable mates for their partner of choice. Levi and Eren are childhood friends from neighboring packs, often meeting up to play during the day or goof-off. Then Levi presents as an alpha come the age of twelve, Eren an omega not long after.
The sudden changes to their dynamics have their feelings all over the place, but Levi explains that once he comes back from his alpha training at the age of eighteen, he will properly court and mate Eren. They make a pact and Levi soon leaves after.
But he doesn't come back at the age of eighteen, nor nineteen. Will Eren ever see him again?
