Summary
A world in which Garlemald has fallen. Eorzea has taken over as a regent state, assisting as the other country's government falls apart and providing the necessary supplies to maintain the people there. In return, Garlemald must show a measure of recompense in return for the lifesaving supplies and assistance restructuring their country after the near-wholesale disintegration of their government.
One common practice is to take (or send) personal attendants to serve important leaders of the reigning country. This can turn out to be anything from a leisurely vacation to near-total control, as the attendant likely has little support in their new home. In this case, Eorzea has taken an aide for their champion, and Jullus pyr Norbanus has been selected to fulfill the role.

Summary
Archon, dominant of Nald, escaped Ul'dah's tight grip to assist the Immortal Flames soldiers by fighting the primal Ifrit, who was summoned in Thanalan. After his victory, he is found by some less-than-friendly actors--dominant hunters, one of the many small mercenary groups in Thanalan that capture and sell those who have been granted any small amount of aetherical power to those who would make use of them... Or those who would pay to remove them from the board. Archon is unprepared for life outside the gilded walls he's been trapped in for so long, and is losing hope that Ul'dah's palace even knows where he is, much less is able to rescue him. However, he may not be aware of all the people looking for him...

In the post-canon continuity of Last Jedi, Armitage Hux is having an extremely bad day- but it might all salvageable if a certain Resistance Commander is willing to follow through on an offer for Hux to defect that he's been making for twelve years.
Twelve years ago, Lieutenant Hux was the First Order's best sniper, and Poe Dameron was a rising star of the New Republic Starfighter Corps. A chance meeting and a willful disregard for each other's personal politics leads to a torrid affair- but good things can't last forever, especially with another war on the horizon.

Summary
Some time after The Last Jedi, Kylo Ren is ousted in a coup led by Hux and the First Order retreats to an unstable, abandoned Starkiller prototype for their next assault. The Resistance attacked it. Things turned out badly for everyone. This story follows that initial setup.
Poe is brought back from the dead by Hux using some unknown medical technology of the First Order. It takes Poe a long time to work out why Hux would do something so seemingly out of character as to save his life, over and over again.

What do you do when the person you miss comes back, but you don't know if they're the same?
