Summary
Isabel Conklin is a rising star in the wedding planning world. She and her business partner, Taylor Jewel, are organizing a lavish Costa Rica wedding down to the last orchid, for celebrity chef, Jeremiah Fisher. Nothing is going wrong on her watch.
Then Conrad Fisher shows up. Jeremiah's older brother has exactly two modes: quietly grieving the recent passing of his mother and intensely second-guessing every decision Isabel makes. He thinks Jeremiah is rushing. Isabel thinks Conrad is projecting.
Forced together for vendor meetings, tastings and relentless tropical heat, their antagonism tips into something neither planned for. Isabel finds herself having incredible sex with her client's brother a week before the ceremony. She can handle that. Probably.
