Summary
Soul never wanted to move to Alexandria. Nothing ever happens there. The town is cold, worn down, and full of the kind of people who know everything about everyone before you even get the chance to introduce yourself. After their parents disappear and are eventually declared dead, Soul and his older brother, Keeho, are forced to move back into their late aunt’s old house with barely enough money to survive.
Then there’s Kim Jongseob the mayor’s son with bright blonde hair, a carefully built reputation, and more pressure on his shoulders than anyone seems to notice. Soul meets him by accident, first in a record store and then again inside the school’s darkroom, where the silence between them somehow feels easier than words ever could.
As the two grow closer, old grief, family expectations, rumors, and buried secrets begin pulling at both of them from every direction. Because in Alexandria, nothing stays hidden forever and sometimes the quietest people carry the loudest things inside them.

Summary
Jongseob and Shota are high school students.
From what Shota’s seen of Jongseob, he’s really cool. So cool, in fact, that he’s managed to fall in love from the sidelines. Jongseob’s pretty, talented, funny… Shota doesn’t see how anyone could hate him.
Only issue is, Jongseob doesn’t seem to want anything to do with him. He’s too busy rapping the days away.
From the faint, brief interactions they have, Shota convinces himself that maybe, just maybe, Jongseob could feel just a fraction of what he feels.
When Shota and his friend, Keeho, who knows about Shota’s crush, get into an argument and Keeho takes things too far, Shota comes crashing down all at once that there’s no possibility Jongseob could think the same way.
