Kevin hidden past got exposed to Andrew and Neil when they went through his drawer, where Kevin purposely hidden the photos that haunts his entire existence.
Kevin came back to the apartment of that sight and ran away without his phone, jacket, and backpack, running away into the freezing cold for long time before hiding under a bridge far from public eye as he cried himself away, repeating the lines “don’t look at me”.
