She didn’t like the way those words sounded, as if they’re in cahoots with one another. And the more she stared trying to figure out what his end goal was the more details she got distracted with. Like how his sleeves were rolled up showing his well-toned arms or the way the first few buttons of his shirt were undone showing a part of his chest.
