Summary
Bethany Anne Styles was never planning to get dragged down the rabbit hole that is the Upside Down. It was supposed to be a simple question that’s all, “Jonathan Byers will you take the photos for the choirs fall concert”. Running into Steve Harrington and her ex best friend, Nancy Wheeler, at the Byers’ house in the search for some other dimensional creature was not a part of the deal. Befriending the schools golden boy during his attempt to turn a new leaf, definitely not on the to do list… but Beth decided having one friend was better than none.
Lilian Drew Mayfield just wanted to hide from her stepbrother... and maybe piss him off. Especially after what happened in California that caused their family to move. Blend in, don’t make too much of a sense, and find someone to build a new band with. There were ghosts following her around and it didn’t help that the first person she met in Hawkins reminded her of one of those ghost. But maybe Hawkins wasn’t all that bad… despite the dark creepy shit going on.

Summary
Shining at the top of the hill sat an abandoned mansion. From what Eddie was told by his uncle there was a rich family that lived there. Richer than the Harringtons. He could slightly remember their youngest son, a snobby rich boy who was about the same age as Steve Harrington, but the name was lost, and the image of his face faded. One day they were there and the next they just weren’t. Gone without a story, or something to explain.

Summary
“Stop the car.” Steve whispered at first then turned in his seat to pat the driver through the divider. “Stop the car.” He demands this time. The car screeched to a halt. The man on the sidewalk flinched as the door flew open and Steve stepped out. His eyes looked over the man hoping to find something that denied where his thoughts were going, but nothing stood out. “Hey!” He yelled, “Don't you watch where you’re going?” He wasn’t mad, or upset. More concerned that the man was safe than anything.
“I’m… sorry.” The man stammered out. “I’m just a bit conf… lost. I’m lost. Extremely lost.” He looked at Steve with wide puppy dog eyes. “Where am I?”
Max shuffled out of the car at the question. “New York City.” She answered with a quirky smile.
“Get back in the car, Max.” Steve turned to face his sister and scowled.
