It is no secret that the birth rate has dramatically decreased worldwide within the last decade.
Within the last two months, genetic, fertility, and personality testing has been done for all people age 20 to 35 who are physically able to have children across the world as mandated by the world governments.
People are matched into groups and are assigned to meet at a government facility in the country that their eldest group member resides in. Group sizes are between 25 and 35 people.
The world's governments say it's just to introduce people who are compatible in "hopes of unity when it might not have otherwise been possible".
