Summary
Unfortunately, it seems like the gods were not on his side once he heard someone clear their throat from behind him. He froze in place, his wings puffing up in surprise. He whipped around and found the source of the sound, Cub. He was looking at Grian with an unimpressed look on his face with his arms crossed over his chest.
“Cub!” Grian squeaked out, his eyes wide and filled with embarrassment. He winced at the sound of his own voice but kept a sheepish smile on his face as he continued to stare at the man who had caught him.
Cubs stance remained unchanged, but his glare at the avian deepened. “Really, Grian?”

While trying to sneak out of Scars base in the middle of the night, Grian gets caught by Cub and has to come up with a quick excuse to keep his marriage a secret.

Summary
Scar whined as his head thudded against the papers laid all around him. He had been filing these voidforsaken forms for what felt like hours while his partner just sat at the other desk sketching away at his new build design. “Griannnnnn, I’m boreddddd” He cried, lifting his head to pout at his boyfriend.
Grian tilted his head upwards and smirked at Scar’s fit. He lifted his legs off the desk and placed his sketchbook down. “Well I suppose it has been an hour.” He said, glancing down at his watch, “So you can take a break, what are you going to do?” He leaned forward on the desk, propping his head up on his hand.

Scar sighed and sat up, leaning down to remove his leg braces and place them to his side, grabbing his cane instead and moving his braces to the closet. As he was grabbing more comfortable clothes to replace his hero costume, he noticed a bag tucked away in the dark corner of Grians side of their large closet, his brows furrowed in confusion and his heart was telling him to go check it. But he shrugged it off, not knowing the troubles that bag would soon cause him

At least一 that’s what Scar believes as he huddles with his husband in the corner of the restaurant they were trying to have a peaceful evening in, because of course the universe is screwing him over.
