Will and Mike are engaged, having been together for five years. Mike takes care of everything, and Will couldn’t ask for more.
But when he begins noticing that Mike has always been extremely gentle with him in the bedroom, Will finds himself frustrated and wanting to explore new things, especially Mike being in control.
Strangely, the long night of lust and reckless abandon all begins with simple Cleric and Paladin costumes.

Summary
There’s a split second where nothing happens. Mike just gawks at him, frozen mid-sentence.
His expression is blank. His eyes dart down Will’s body once before they snap back up, obviously forcing himself to look at his face.
Will’s stomach drops. Maybe this was a bad idea, after all.
“Uh.” Mike blinks slowly, then blows out his cheeks, like he's shaking himself out of a trance. “You’re… Princess Leia?” He says it like a question, voice pitching up at the end.
Will plans a surprise for Mike’s birthday. Mike reacts appropriately.

"With a casual flick of his wrist, Will released the pressure. Mike collapsed into the cushions, gasping violently, clutching his chest as oxygen finally flooded back into his system. "Hey... that’s... that’s not fair," Mike wheezed out, his heart racing, not just from the lack of air, but from the terrifyingly beautiful sight of Will standing over him.
Will smirked. He sat down and rested a hand firmly on Mike’s knee. The heat of his palm seared through Mike’s jeans. "Life isn’t fair, Mike," Will laughed softly, then turned to slide the movie into the player.
As the movie started, Mike’s mind was a chaotic buzz of static. He should have been annoyed, but he couldn't stop staring at the side of Will’s face. He felt a shameful, electric thrill at having been so completely dominated, so helpless under Will’s literal thumb. He wanted to see it again. He needed to see that look of absolute control on Will’s face."
Or, Mike has a thing for when Will uses his powers, especially when Will uses it on him, and Will likes seeing Mike squirm.
