The door clicked shut, the lock engaging with a finality that made Hyukyu’s heart hammer against his ribs. The transition was always jarring. Moments ago, he had been a celebrated pro-player, his fingers flying across a mechanical keyboard. Now, he was on his knees.
The velvet collar around Hyukyu’s neck felt heavy, a physical weight that anchored him to the floor. The short, pleated skirt offered no warmth and even less modesty, its hem barely grazing his thighs as he shifted his weight. His wrists were pulled tight behind his back, the cold bite of the steel cuffs a constant reminder that for the next hour, he didn’t belong to the team, the fans, or even himself. He belonged to the man standing over him.
Jung Hwan didn't look like a star athlete right now. His eyes, usually sharp and calculating behind blue-light glasses, were dark with a hunger that the game could never satisfy. He reached down, his fingers tangling roughly in Hyukyu’s hair, pulling his head back just enough to catch the light on the black cat-ear headband perched atop his head.
