Summary
Set pre-season 3 Tony is sent on an undercover mission in Europe. It all seems to go wrong and Tony finds himself in serious trouble, undercover and mistaken for somebody he is not.
For the purposes of making this story work, it is set in late 2003 and Ziva has just turned 21 years of age.
