Summary
Extermination Day was never supposed to reach them.
They were hellborn. Too young to understand why the sky split open above the Pride Ring and angels began tearing through demons like paper. Too young to understand. All they knew was that they had to run, four small turtle demons clinging to each other while hell burned around them.
Then the portals opened.
In the chaos, Mikey falls through a portal alone.
He lands in the Lust Ring, unable to speak the language, terrified. He’s taken in by a sinner mechanic with the body of a crocodile and a surprisingly soft heart.Ten years pass.
Mikey grows up, works illegally as a bartender in a sketchy Lust club, smiles through the rot, hands out his number to strangers, and asks the same question every night:
Have you seen three other turtle demons like me?___________
I’ve wondered what TMNT would look like if they were thrown into the Helluva Boss universe. So I wrote it myself!
This AU follows Mikey’s POV after Extermination Day scatters them across the Sins Rings. He grows up in Lust, raised by Leatherhead, working (illegally) as a bartender at sixteen. He never stops searching for his brothers, refusing to believe they’re gone.Bookmarked by ChaoticTash

Summary
The turtles had seen plenty of unfortunate, painful mutations over the years. They just never thought they would have one of their own go through the same experience. But when Donnie saves Casey from a mutated fate, the genius is reborn anew as a turtle-alligator hybrid. Controlled by instincts and uncertainty, it will be a long and hard journey to return Donnie back to normal. But as time goes on, is that even a possibility? How much is Donnie willing to sacrifice to fix himself? Thank goodness he has his family and friends (and maybe more than friend Casey Jones) there with him.
A 2012 "bimutated Donnie" au inspired by the "Good Genes" episodes of the 2003 cartoon, with Karai and Splinter being good family members, a friendship between Leatherhead and Donnie similar to the 03 show, and some endgame Jonatello.

Yumi chews the inside of her cheek, waiting for Odd’s rebuttal. He nods along, a crease in his brow deepening.
“He’s not some evil X.A.N.A-controlled puppet anymore,” is his first argument. “The Supercomputer has been shut down for a year already and he's back to his old self. Mostly. If anything, I think playing second fiddle to a megalomaniac computer virus humbled him. And traumatised him a little, but I’m hardly a therapist.”
