Summary
By 1899, the age of outlaws and gunslingers was at an end. A new century was coming. One without any mercy for those still caught up in the wild past.
A runaway from an affluent family up North, you were brought into the Van der Linde gang by a strange turn of fate. Helpless, lost, and very far out of your own depth, you would have never expected to fall for an outlaw. Let alone two. But fate is a strange and cruel mistress, and you inexplicably found yourself senselessly and irrevocably in love with both John Marston and Arthur Morgan. A woman of society and civilization, tangled up with two of its greatest enemies.
Now, you must confront the wrongs rooted within the outlaw way of life, the ghosts of your past, and the part that you will play in a collapsing gang as the Wild West is eaten alive by modernity's gnashing teeth. And somehow, along the way, you must mend your tattered bonds with the men you love and the people you hold dear.

Summary
Arthur’s life starting at age 8 until just before the events of Colter. This is a love story of sorts while also shedding light on how the gang came to be, told through the lens of Arthur and his childhood.
Chapters with asterisks around them include smut, but they are marked as such within the chapter and can be easily skipped—99% of the smut in this fic have no plot progression so it is purely written and read for fun!
Finally, I’ve written this with time appropriate American states, territories, and habits as I combine the fictional world and map of RDR2 into the real 1800s american west to the best of my ability. Everything written is following the canon story provided to us, nothing challenges fictional hypotheses or fantasy. Thanks for reading!
