Head tilted back, mouth open. His purple leg stuck out. His face oddly peaceful. Jayce's eyes widened, his head screaming at him. The ringing got louder and louder and he shook his head to get rid of it and to deny it- because Viktor wasn’t dead.
No.
He was meant to- to go back in the lab and they were meant to be together, they were meant to be partners. Jacye slumped back, sobbing with a cruel sense of pain uncurling in his chest. He crawled over, desperately clutching his partner tight in his arm’s, his sobs loud and painful and- fuck!
Jayce was right in a way.
Today would be the day it all ended.
His tears hit his partner’s face, as he leaned close and rested their foreheads together. The ringing quietened.
He woke up.
OR
Jayce is stuck in a time loop where Viktor dies at the council meeting at the end of S1 and goes crazy.

Y’know what?” Viktor scoffed, and then stood up, wobbling slightly on his leg. Jayce rushed forward to help, desperately batting away the tears from his eyes, but Viktor held up his hand in the stop motion
“What?”
“I think we need a break. Until you can figure out how to be in an actual relationship” With an air of finality, Viktor stormed off into their room and slammed the door.

Summary
When Peter was three years old, he was kidnapped by Steve Rogers. Steve raised Peter as his own son and in the process, lied to him about where he came from.
