Summary
It’s an impossible endeavour to chalk out the course of our lives. But it’s a slippery thing, this life, not meant to be grasped, for those that have it planned find it unexpectedly disrupted.
But can it be unexpected really, when it’s all that has been asked for, only in an undue place, at an undue time, with an apparently undue person?
And can it be a disruption, if it only fulfils all your needs, even those that you’re afraid to voice?
After all, the only good thing about life, despite the traumas and the sufferings is that it strives to give you what you want.
The question is, are you aware of what that may be?
Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungkook have their lives figured out, seemingly needing very little from others. Both are proud, obstinate and well, oblivious to their own needs. When they meet, they are forced to confront all that they conceal and satisfying themselves turns a difficult task, because is it ethical to date your student in college? Is it moral to want to ruin your professor while singing ballads of love to them either?
Guess both of them will just have to figure it out huh?

Neighbours. That’s what they are. Nothing more, nothing less.
Not that either wanted anything more. Hearing each other’s moans night after night and pretending to be polite for the sake of their colleagues the next morning seemed like punishment enough.
All they wanted, needed, was to prove to the other that they were better than them, at working, managing an exciting social life and well, fucking.To be fair, neither indulged in this game of ‘who’s better’ knowingly. It was more natural than anything. You’d have to believe them when they said that their rivalry was born out of pure jealousy at each other’s expertise in fields only they’re good at.

Hatred is a constant game of push and pull, but so is love. As their relationship unfolds, the delicate line that divorces the two gets excessively blurred.
