Summary
Shane shrugged. “I do it before my yoga. Actually, the yoga is sort of my warm up and cool down. It’s very good for flexibility and it stops my muscles from cramping.”
“You banned me from watching you do yoga!” Ilya pointed his finger accusatorily. “That’s why I’ve never seen you punching bags before!”
“I banned you from watching me do yoga because you kept distracting me with sex!” Shane retorted.
Ilya faltered, defenceless in the face of this accurate accusation. His pointed finger wavered and fell as he tried to muster up some rationalization to prove Shane wrong.

The Metros have won their third Stanley Cup but Shane Hollander is left bruised by his own teammates. The fact that Shane could fight back if he chose comes as quite a shock to Ilya. But they're both shocked and disgusted when they put together the pieces of why Shane's cousin wants Dallas Kent to get a broken nose.
