The sequel series to my first series, Choices.

Changes covers Callie Solanen's second year in the valley. Having completed her pact with the Junimos, she now must step into her role as the Solanen of the Valley. Politics, rips in reality, and a war drawing ever closer to the valley's borders present untold challenges. As much as she may want to take all these burdens onto her own shoulders, however, Sterling, Shane, and the rest of the family she's made refuses to let her do so alone.

Unfortunately, even when choosing to change for the better, tendrils of the past can rattle your foundations.

Notes:

In a fit of hubris back in 2023, I set out to write a fanfic that would interweave characters, storylines, and lore from Stardew Valley with several of its mods including Stardew Valley Expanded, Ridgeside Village, and East Scarp. This fanfic would become the series, Choices.

I'd always originally envisioned Choices as the first book in a trilogy. Changes is the second book. Like I did with Choices, I've broken it into smaller volumes/fics, each covering a season in-world.

At least I'm a wee bit more creative in their titles this time around. ^_^;

While Changes directly picks up after the end of Choices, Choices is not required reading. Any relevant backstory/lore should be sufficiently explained within the text for new readers. That said, it is undoubtedly richer for having read Choices, but I did not feel the need to require newcomers read 650k+ words to dive in.
