  Summary

  Here’s the basic rundown: James T. Kirk has never been more angry in his life.
  Here’s the not so basic rundown: Jim realizes that through a filing error (blatant nepotism) his status as a trans man isn’t recorded in his public Starfleet file. Even worse, he discovers that apparently Starfleet is only tracking and displaying the gender identity and biological information of transgender and nonbinary people. So Jim bands together his crew, his small community, and the government officials who put up with him to sue Starfleet for discrimination. Spoiler alert- he wins.
