At the salvatore boarding house,
They wait for elena to wake up. Elijah had betrayed them, he had betrayed elena. Caroline and Bonnie knew how much Elena trusted and cared for Elijah. They even thought he was good for her.
Elena gasped as she woke up, She had many questions but first she realised she was in transition and she noticed how everyone looked guilty and hesitant and the realisation hit her, She died, jenna was gone. Her aunt was gone. She got to have a transition to have a second chance at life jenna didnt. Then elena started crying while Jeremy moved to comfort her.
Elena stopped crying for a moment and asked "Was it worth it when elijah ripped his heart out? Elena got confused real quick as seeing the look on everyone's faces. Caroline said "Elena you should know something.." then bonnie and Jeremy explain all that has happened.
Elena could not believe it. He had betrayed her.He had really watched her die and decided it was worth it after sharing their first kiss just before
Elenas eyes were numb she completed her transition and insisted to go to her house. Stefan and damon tried to convince her to stay there but she politely declined. Caroline and bonnie offered to stay with her but she declined again. Elena needed some time alone. Jeremy was staying with Tyler for the night and alaric was god knows where grieving jenna.
At the Mikealson Mansion,

Elijah was angry and when elijahs angry even klaus fears him. Klaus returned the siblings to him they were all undaggered.
After tons of fights and arguing they were on the couch except finn as he went his own way. when elijah walked in and sat on the arm chair
Klaus- I see your still brooding about the doppelganger. What I don't get is why? She's not dead you know
Elijah just glares at him
Kol- ahh this doppelganger sounds like quite the girl
Rebekah- I agree I mean I've never seen elijah so smitten about someone
Elijah- her name is elena and yes you all shall meet her soon but u must behave or the Consequences won't be nice.
Saying that elijah vamp sped away
At the gilbert House. Elena is sitting in her room her bed with her knees clutched to her face when she feels a presence in her room she lifts her head up while saying "damon I told you I was gonna be f-" it was Elijah, looking regretful as ever. Elena scrambles back in her bed in slight fear and elijah shut his eyes in pain then opened them again and said-
"W-We need to talk lovely elena" with a desperate regret and hope in his voice
