Another group of shorts for all of you. I really enjoy this challenge. Not sure how many I'll get done, but hopefully I'll have time for a lot.
Prompt 1: “No. Not alone. Never alone. We go together. Always.”
“Severus?”
“Hmm?”
“I’m scared.”
He looked over at her. “Me too.”
“What if?”
“Don’t,” he cautioned. “Don’t go there.”
She swallowed hard. “Okay.”
“Just remember, you’re not alone. I’m here.”
“No. Not alone,” she said softly.
He looked at her. “Never alone.”
Her eyes met his. She took in a deep breath. “We go together.”
“Always,” he whispered.
