Work Text:

“I can’t believe we lost!” Book complains while drinking his beer.

“You’re such a competitive drama queen, Blythe,” Jimmy said. “We literally won as the 1st runner-up.”

“Well, that’s not enough for me. God forbid a girl wants to be the best!” Book complains more. “We should’ve been the champions of the competition! Sunny, help your girl out!”

“I agree with Jamie, I’m sorry,” Junior chuckles. “That XLOV group is so good. I was cheering on them earlier.” He adds.

“I agree. Did you see how they move? We didn’t stand a chance at all!” Jimmy said. “It’s a miracle that we placed 1st. We’re not even professional dancers.”

“Okay, fine!” Book sighs in defeat. “But, like, cheering on your competitor is crazy.” Junior and Jimmy laugh.

“A win is a win, alright? So now, let’s drink!” Junior holds his glass up. Book and Jimmy follow him. “Let’s celebrate our win!”

Junior, Book, and Jimmy are currently at a bar in Tokyo, a gay bar to be exact. They went here after they competed in a dance competition. The three of them have been friends since childhood and dancing has always been a hobby of theirs.

They just graduated from college and decided to take a trip to Japan as a graduation gift to themselves. Then, it was followed by joining a dance competition spontaneously. Their reason? Just for fun! For the plot!

It’s now the last day of their trip in Japan. Since no one knows them here, they went wild. They decided to crossdress on this whole day and made some aliases for it: Junior as Sunny, Book as Blythe, and Jimmy as Jamie. Even in the competition until going to the bar, they went as their crossdress personas.

Jamie’s hair is dark brown in medium length, wearing an above-the-knee sleeveless red dress. Blythe’s hair is a jet black bob, wearing a black lace hem baby tee with low rise flare jeans. Sunny’s hair is long, straight, and raven black. She’s wearing a yellow halter crop top paired with a mini denim skirt.

They ordered more chips and different kinds of liquor. It’s loud and there’s a lot of people dancing, drinking, and making out with each other. A few moments later, all of them are now scattered inside the bar.

Blythe was the first one who left their table. She went to the dance floor because she saw a handsome guy. Next to leave their table was Jamie. She keeps ordering liquor for their table because she finds the bartender cute.

And Sunny? You could say that she’s the most sane one among the three at the moment. She’s just at their table sipping on her glass, eating some chips, and watching her two best friends be themselves.

They came out to their family before entering college. They said it’s ‘fine’ as long as they don’t act feminine, don't get into a relationship during college, and get good grades. Jimmy and Book really didn’t care about that, but Junior did, making him the least experienced in the three of them. It’s also one of the reasons why they decided to crossdress on the trip — to express themselves more.

“Sunny, c’mon! Let’s dance!” Blythe shouts while getting close to their table, dragging the handsome man she saw. “By the way, this is Force.”

“Hi, Force! I’m Sunny,” Sunny offers her hand for a handshake and Force accepts it. “Please take care of my friend. She can be a little crazy sometimes.” Blythe mouths ‘fuck you!’ at her and Sunny just sticks her tongue out.

“Of course. Your pretty friend is safe with me.” Force replied and Blythe blushed. “I’m glaring at the men who keeps looking at her.”

“Oh, wow. I hate gay people,” Sunny jokingly says. “Feeling very homophobic right now!”

Jamie arrives at their table. “Well, maybe if you throw yourself at the dance floor, you might get a cutie or a pretty.” She says. “Look at Blythe! C’mon, Sunny, it’s our last day! Loosen up!”

“Fine,” Sunny replied. “Let me just retouch my makeup...”

After retouching, Sunny walks on the dance floor and blends with the people. When Sunny starts dancing, Jamie, Blythe, and Force cheer her up.

In a while, all of them are in their own worlds now. Jamie’s at the front bar, still trying to flirt with the bartender. Blythe and Force are dancing with each other, their bodies going along with the rhythm of the music.

And Sunny? She’s having the time of her life.

Suddenly, Sunny felt a hand on her left shoulder that made her look back. She saw a girl smiling at her, keeping up with her moves. Her brown eyes are not leaving its sight on Sunny. The girl slowly leans on her left ear.

“Hey, Sunny, right?” The girl asks. Sunny nods at her, although confused about what's happening.

How did she know my name?’ Sunny thinks.

“I’m Maeve!” The girl introduces herself, tucking her dirty blonde hair behind her ear. “I watched your group dance at the competition earlier and I became a fan.” Maeve said. “I didn’t think I’d stumble on you at this bar though.”

“Hi, Maeve! Nice to meet you!” Sunny greets her back, her sight also not leaving Maeve’s. “Yeah, well, it’s our last day today and we want to spend it to the fullest.”

“Your last day today?” Maeve asks. There’s a hint of shock in her tone. “I thought you’re from here, like a local. My flight is tomorrow too, what a coincidence!”

Sunny and Maeve giggles at each other.

They’re now dancing together. Maeve holds Sunny’s hand up and twirls her. Maeve gets close to her and Sunny puts her arms on top of Maeve’s shoulders.

While looking at her, Sunny noticed that Maeve’s eyebrows are thick, coated with a light brown brow gel that matches her hair, which is a long dirty blonde with curls at the end. Maeve’s also wearing light gray contact lenses and a radiant light pink blush on her cheeks that compliments her skin.

Pretty

Now, Sunny’s eyes landed on Maeve’s lips. It’s heart-shaped, plump, and pink. She noticed that Maeve is wearing clear glitter lip gloss.

Sunny realizes that she wants to take the lip gloss on Maeve’s lips off.

Fuck it.

“Maeve…” Sunny calls her.

“Hmm?”

“Can I kiss you?”

“Finally! I’m just waiting for you, you know?” Maeve winks and Sunny smiles.

Sunny grabs Maeve’s nape and closes the distance between them.

Now playing: Tokyo by Bebe Rexha

🎶 Got a kiss from a girl in Tokyo

Where did she come from? I don't know

Cross my heart, I would cross the globe

For a kiss from a girl in Tokyo 🎶

Sunny kisses Maeve, gently going for her upper lip. Her lip gloss tastes like jelly, which fits Maeve’s plump lips so well — both are soft and sweet. She felt Maeve smile in between their kisses, which made her cheeks flush. Maeve grinds her body to Sunny, which the latter took as a sign to kiss her more, deeply and passionately.

Sunny kisses Maeve like she needs her. Maeve kisses Sunny like she consumes her.

Sunny’s hands start exploring Maeve’s body. She went to her shoulders first, then caressed her back, and stopped at Maeve’s waist. Both of them broke the kiss, gasping for air.

“You’re a good kisser,” Sunny says. “I loved that.”

“Thank you! So are you,” Maeve laughs. “Want to continue this to the bathroom?”

“Sure! Why not?”

They didn’t expect the bar to be big, not to mention that they’re both unfamiliar to this place so they’re just roaming inside the bar. Sunny is holding Maeve’s hand while walking.

“Where the fuck is the stupid bathroom?” Sunny says, annoyed. “Ugh! I want to taste your lips again—”

“Woah,” Maeve chuckles. “What?”

“I said what I said— there it is! Thank God!”

Sunny pinned Maeve against the wall and kissed her again. She gently bit her lower lip, making Maeve moan lightly and open her mouth. Sunny inserts her tongue inside and Maeve opens her mouth more, making space for her. Their kisses are now sloppy, both of them not holding back.

Sunny dominates their make out session. Maeve doesn’t find it a problem though. She’s more than willing to submit to Sunny’s kisses and touches.

Maeve’s hand slowly reaches Sunny’s mini denim skirt, cupping her bulge. Maeve looks down and smiles, pleased with her effect on Sunny.

“You’re hard,” Maeve smirks. “You’re enjoying this, don’t you?”

“So bad.” Sunny replied weakly. “Please.”

Maeve switched their places. Sunny is now the one pinned against the wall. Maeve looks at her intently and slowly kneels in front of her, not breaking eye contact with her.

Maeve unbuttons and unzips the mini denim skirt. It revealed a yellow lace-trimmed satin panty and Sunny’s hard cock. The panty is matching her top. Her cock twitched when Maeve made contact with it.

“Oh, my God,” Sunny covers her face using both of her hands. “This is so embarrassing.”

“It’s pretty, Sunny,” Maeve said. “Just like you—”

Sunny suddenly feels her phone buzzing on her thigh where Maeve pulled her skirt onto. Maeve feels it too as she was caressing Sunny’s thigh. Sunny grabs her phone and she sees Blythe’s name on the screen. Blythe is calling her.

“Hello?” Sunny answers the call. “Did something happen?

“Sunny, where are you? Jamie is crying,” Blythe responded. “She got heartbroken because the bartender didn’t entertain her. I think we need to return to the hotel now.”

Sunny can hear Jamie’s sobs in the background of the call. She feels bad for her friend.

“We’re just at the table.” Blythe added. “Force will drive us back.”

“Okay, okay, I’ll be there. See you.” Sunny said and ended the call. Maeve pulls Sunny’s skirt up, zips, and buttons it back.

“Poor Jamie,” Maeve says softly. “So, I guess this is goodbye then?”

“I’m so sorry about this, Maeve,” Sunny holds her hand and apologizes. “I’m sure you’re disappointed—”

“Don’t be silly, pretty, I’m not disappointed, okay?” Maeve reassures her. “I’m content with what we shared, even if it’s just a night.”

“It was nice meeting you, Maeve.” Sunny hugs her. tight. Maeve hugs her back.

“Until we meet again, sunshine.”

“Junior, where are you?!” Jimmy yells on the call. “You just had to leave when we’re about to board, huh?”

“Stop overreacting!” Junior rolls his eyes. “I just went to the bathroom. It’s not even a hundred steps away from there.”

Girl, whatever!” Book is the one who responded. Probably snatched the phone away from Jimmy. “Just hurry up!”

Junior ends the call.

“Okay…” Junior looks at the things he’s holding. “Passport, check. Plane ticket, check— oh, my God!”

He drops his things as he accidentally bumps into another person.

“I’m so sorry!” Junior says and picks his things up, panicking. “I was not looking where I’m walking on—”

“Hey, calm down. It’s fine.”

The man helps him pick his things up. While picking up, their hands accidentally touched as both of them grabbed Junior’s passport at the same time.

Junior looks at him. He noticed that the man has short dark brown hair, brown eyes, and heart-shaped plump lips.

“Hey,” The man looked at his passport. “Here’s your passport, Junior.”

“Oh, you saw my name,” Junior chuckles shyly as he accepts his passport from the man. “Thank you so much for helping me, uhm…”

The man smiles at him. “My name’s Mark.”

Junior feels like his heart skipped a beat.

“I’m so sorry for accidentally bumping into you, Mark. I should get going now.” Junior apologizes. “Again, thank you so much for helping me!”

Junior hurries to walk away as Book and Jimmy keep blowing up his phone with their messages on their group chat. He felt bad though because he didn’t wait for Mark’s response anymore. But upon walking, Junior thinks about the man.

Mark.

Why do you look familiar?

Junior sighs at the thought. As he keeps getting closer, he can’t help but to look back at the dance competition, their spontaneous trips, and the memories of him and his best friends being able to express themselves unapologetically.

For Blythe, Jamie, and Sunny.

We deserve sunshine. I deserve sunshine.

“Sunshine…” Junior smiles. “Sunshine will miss you, Maeve.”
