Synergy

Adventures Of Sherlock Holmes & Dr. John Watson

Synopsis: following the original works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, while putting a slight modern spin on it, the first season of the show will follow the adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson living in modern day London, shared through Watson's YouTube (BloopTube) channel.

Pilot Outline: Watson is sent back to London after a war breaks out in the middle east, where he has been teaching children English and tending to their wounds, and is now struggling to pay his high rent. He runs into an old friend, Mike Stamford, while he's walking along a bridge, and they sit down for a talk. Stamford learns of Watson's struggles and decides to introduce him to another friend of his, who is also “struggling” with rent. Stamford brings Watson to the hospital, where Sherlock is watching the tv in the breakroom. Their first conversation gets John intrigued, and he can't help but follow Sherlock Holmes around as he tries to solve the case about a poisoned man. Forming a strange, yet unbreakable, friendship.

ADDED: While this is basically (sorta) a fanfic, the layout will be in script form, as I'm trying to get this published into a modernized Sherlock Holmes TV show. It is my own adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's characters.
