“…” wemmbu groaned, all groggy from the morning sun and what happened last night. The suns warmth radiated onto the blanket, draped over wemmbu and eggchan. Egg was always a heavy sleeper, and never really went outside much, except when wemmbu wanted him to. Wemmbu blushed and grinned like a little kid remebering what happened last night, although he was a bit sore, he spun around with no problem and hugged eggchan tightly. “Hm? When is he going to wake up?” Wemmbu asked himself 15 minutes later, as if he didn’t already know that egg fell asleep and could stay asleep for… quite some time.
“Whats the time? Its gotta be like 1 already bro.” Wemmbu murmured to no one but himself. he picked up his phone by the nightstand and read the time. “Huh, 11:38, not exactly correct but somewhat close i guess.” Wemmbu got out of bed amd realized that his clothes were on, how considerate of egg to clean up and dress wemmbu up after he fell asleep quickly, and to do so quietly and gentley enough to not wake him. “I fucking love this guy. Might as well make him breakfast.”
“What does this guy eat?… im not sure if i could make eggs, would that be cannibalisim for him?… uhahahh, PANCAKES! Yes!” He thought to himself, while standing in the kitchen and grabbing the pancake mix. He squealed in delight just thinking about egg. “Gosh! Ill be so fucking good for him… im so happy hes OFFICALLY MINE. ah! Enough about that, its time to make pancakes for my baby.” wemmbu poured milk into a cat shaped bowl, one he and egg got together at a shop in capital city. The stirred the contents of the bowl together until it made a thick but watery paste. He set a pan with butter onto the medium heat fire, and poured the paste onto the pan. The sizzling sound and the aroma of freshly cooking pancakes seemed to drift into eggs room, waking him up. As wemmbu plated two plates of pancakes with syrup onto the table, eggchan came up behind him and hugged him from behind. It startled wemmbu at first, but he melted into his embrace. Eggs wings spread and curled around wemmbu, sealing him into egg fully.
“Mm, pancakes?” Egg asked softly. “For us?”
“Mhm,” wemmbu replied, “just for the two of us.”
Egg and wemmbu sat down at the table after a long hug and began to eat. “These are so good,” egg began, “did you make them yourself?”
“Box mix,” wemmbu chuckled, eating his pancakes, “i cant make good pancakes by myself,” he said lightly, a grin forming on his face.
“Still delicious,” egg spoke softly, without showing much emotion, but his face said it all, he loved wemmbu down to his core, and no one else could ever get as much attention from him as wemmbu got.
“Thank you, i made them the way you like them, extra soft,” he paused for a minute, then said, “are we going to get a cat today?” He finished his pancakes and waited for egg to finish his. Inbetween a bite, egg murmured out, “whatever you want, wemmbu,” he smilied, a soft smile that made wemmbus heart flutter. How did he land such a caring and somewhat affectionate guy?
Egg was bad at showing emotions, he always was, only wemmbu could make him show genuine true emotions. He finished his pancakes, picking up both his and wemmbus plate to wash. Wemmbus face formed a smile, just admiring eggchan for the moments he could. He always had a bad feeling that egg would leave him, and he hoped it wouldn’t be true. Maybe his trust and attachment issues came from when he was a child. Who knows? Yet wemmbu still loved eggchan deeply and was also afraid to let him go.
“So wanna go get that cat?” Eggchan asked, breaking off his dark thoughts.
“A- yeah!” He gave eggchan a neevous smile, before getting up and turning towards the bedroom. Egg came up behind him after washing the dishes and hugged wemmbu from behind, looks like this guys love language is physical touch… wemmbu thought to himself, he let egg hold him for a bit before he let go.
“Mhmph, i dont want to let you go…” egg whispered in a low tone, which sent chills down wemmbus spine. He was falling inlove with eggs voice.
“You have to, baby i need to get dressed,”
“Hmm… i guess.”
Wemmbu walked towards the bedroom and grabbed some random t shirt and sweatpants he found. Egg was also finding some clothes. After they got dressed they both began to walk to the door, grabbing the house and car keys.
“Im so excited!!!” Wemmbu squealed, hugging eggchans side. (Wemmbu could never catch up.)
Eggchan smiled and turned to look at wemmbu, “i can tell, lets go get that cat,” wemmbu skipped to the car jumping up and down with excitement. “Chill wemmbu, were gonna get there soon, the nearest shelter is like 15 minutes away.
“I knowww!!! Ive never gotten a cat before!” Maybe it was due to his abusive family, if they had a cat they would probably not care for it. Now wemmbu gets to live his childhood dream. To be loved, loved so much that they would get him a cat. Eggchan provided that, like a match made in heaven. They were perfect for eachother, yet wemmbu could not shake off the feeling of something bad happening. Whatever, it was probably just nerves.

After arriving at the shelter, wemmbu rushed to get out of the car, headed straight for the door. Eggchan chuckled slightly, never seeing wemmbu so excited for something. He walked and looked around the receptionist area, walking up to the counter, he said, “hi! Im here to adopt a cat”
“Great!” The receptionest replied, “did you have one in mind already or would you like to look at our cats?”
“I wanna look at the cats please!”
“Okay right this way,” the receptionist led him through a door, entering a large room with many cats in crates, and some walking on the floor. “Come back to me once you found the one you like!” The receptionist walked out the door, leaving wemmbu and egg in the room.
“Oh my! They’re all so cute!” Wemmbu squealed, a genuine smile forming on his face as he looked at all the cats. His eyes landed on a fully black cat, one who looks like spase itself. Wemmbu stopped and stared at the cat, he loved it. It was the perfect cat, he had found the cat he wanted. “Orbital…” he murmured, “orbital would be a nice name.”
Egg looked over at wemmbu, he was looking at another pure white cat. Like ying and yang. “Wemmy we need to get this cat.”
“We need this one too…” wemmbu turned back to look at the white cat.
“Egg can we pleaseee get both?…” he pleaded.
“I-… wemmbu we dont need two cats.”
“Please?… ill be so good for you…” wemmbu tried to seduce eggchan, puffing out hid chest so that eggchan would fall for it. And so he did, egg blushed slightly and looked away.
“Bro- i- fine..” egg finally murmured out. “What should we name them after we get them?”
“Huh, gambit and crucible?”
“Were not naming them after your maces.”
“Why not?… whatever. Lets go offically adopt them!!!” He shot up, pulling egg with him to walk towards the door.
“Okay, whatever you want”
After adopting the cats, (for free) they got the cats put into crates and started driving home. “So what name should we pick hm?” Wemmbu asked, looking into the back of the car with the cats, he could see the black ones paw sticking out of the box, trying to get out.
“Anything but a weapon.” Egg said firmly, looks like they were going to be named orbital and strike…. Unless… wemmbu could seduce eggchan again, which would be easy, yet also hard because who would agree to name a cat orbital and strike?… wemmbu slid his hand onto eggs thigh, his fingers circling reaching to the top. Wemmbu stared to look at egg them back at his groin. He touched it a little, egg was hard. Hah, already? I barely even put my hands on him. Wemmbu looked up at eggs face he was focusing on the road but was blushing. “I could take all of you right now baby” wemmbu said in a baby voice taking his hands of eggchan for a moment. The cats meowed and scratched at the boxes they were in, but they would be home soon anyway. Wemmbu grumbled, sad that he couldn’t do anything to eggchan in the car.
As wemmbu stepped out of the car after they arrived back at their apartment complex, egg immediately grabbed wemmbu tightly and kissed him hard. Wemmbu gasped a little, suprised by the sudden kiss. “Mphm!?” Wemmbu let out a suprised sound. “What was that!?” He asked, looking up at eggchan, who was hiding his face with his wings.
“I- i just love you i guess.” He said, letting go of his firm grasp on wemmbu. “Thats what you get for edging me on in the car too.”
Wemmbu smiled and uncovered eggs face, and said in a soft voice, “i love you too, plus… i enjoyed that.” He laughed a little, pressing himself up against eggs chest, then he turned towards to car. “Lets go get the cats out, we still need names for them.”
Egg and wemmbu stepped towards to car together, picking up the boxes the cats were in. They walked into the building and went up to their apartment. After they got inside, they gently placed both boxes onthe living room floor and opened the boxes, immediately the black one jumped out of the box, sniffing around a bit, while the white one was more scared, sitting in the box for a while.
“Ah, i guess they need more time to adjust.” Egg said
“Time is all we have,” wemmbu said softly, nudging up against egg.
