He woke as she slipped through the window, light and graceful as a cat (burglar). She bounded onto the bed, and settled into the space he'd left for her. Her warm breath ghosted across his face as she lent over him.
"Eliot," she murmured, stroking the ridge of his nose. He stayed still and silent, not past hoping that she'd take the hint and let him sleep in peace.
"Mmmh, Elioot.." She'd moved on to stroking his hair back off his face now. It was quite relaxing actually. He could fall back asleep like this, easily. Of course, that would result in a very disgruntled Parker come morning. He could play along for a little while though, she had been very happy to know that he felt safe enough to sleep near her the first time it had happened. Not to mention that she seemed to find some sick pleasure in waking the team up at all times of the day (and night).
"Umph," Without warning, Parker dropped - like a marionette that has had it's strings cut - to lay half over him. She stroked her hand down the side of his face to cup his cheek. "You're so pretty. I could eat you right up. No," she shifted to sit cross legged, having somehow ended up in front of him despite the lack of space on the bed and the fact that he slept with his back to the only window in the room, "I should cut you open,"she ran her index fingers down his sternum, splitting them into a Y-shape along the bottom of his ribs, "and stitch us back up together!"
He was starting to feel a little creeped out now. Sure, Parker could be a little creepy at the best of times, but she usually reserved this level of creepiness for quiet moments between the three of them - not midnight chats. She snuggled up into him, head resting where the intersection of her imaginary cuts had fallen.
"Wouldn't you like that Eliot?" Her blue eyes bored into his, they looked almost otherworldly in this light. "We could be one, and then you'd never have to worry about me ever again." Her voice was so soft that she didn't sound like herself. He couldn't help but wonder what events had led up to this revelation, and exactly how big the fallout would be. She stroked a finger along his jaw, and smiled softly up at him - had her teeth always been that sharp?.
"I could cut you open and crawl inside, and you'd never be able to escape me ever again."
