Summary:

This fanfic may not be worked on again or for a while. I don’t like the writing that much but it has inspired me to make another fanfic instead with a story I can write better.

You don’t know who he is,
but he is all you seem to have.

After the Great War, you lost all memory of the past. memories, dreams, everything that once shaped your identity. They are gone now, at least within you.

But he insists that you once had a deep fondness for certain things.

Chapter 1: Context/yap

Hi, if you’ve taken time out your day to read this thank you! This is my first attempt at writing a longer fanfic. I might not write mori or some parts the best but I’m trying ^^ if anything is misspelt while putting chapters out I usually try to fix it very fast, my vision is actually ass (anisometropia) and Im dyslexic so sometime I don’t pick up on my grammer mistakes.

In Bungo strays dogs during the time of the Great War when Yonsao is still a kid we see Elise looking more older looking and more quiet rather than looking like a little girl and who’s more louder. I thought mori had some sort of guilt for Yonaso (perhaps dazai too?) and that guilt turned Elise (or mori turned her) into a little girl who’s more vocal about her frustrations against mori and is wayyyy less quiet than before. (in the series shes seen making fun of him and stuff like that) this is probably more of a hc or Theory tho.

The story is meant to take place a little after the Great War tho. Basically Yonsao still is pretty young, Elise looks older still, mori is around 26-30.

The MC was part of the medical staff but got injured.

I’m near sighted in one eye and far sighted in the other. It’s not important to know I just think it’s a funny unlucky gene combo 🥲
