"There's some interesting comments coming today" Maki says snickering.
Him and Nicholas were doing another one of their monthly n&m lives. Only both of them were free today, so Maki automatically invited Nicholas over to the studio, since he was bored.
"Like what" Nicholas answers.
"Someone said, a million likes then yall gotta kiss" Maki snorts, while Nicholas made the worst judgemental face in mankind hearing that.
"Guys no!" Nicholas immediately speaks up. "We're bros"
"Yeah we only have bromance going on" Maki says, in a slightly flirty tone, holding Nicholas's chin with one hand, and slowly leans closer.
Nicholas pushes him away, slapping his arm hard. "Guys pray for Maki, he's going a bit crazy these days"
"Damn sorry guys, Nico won't let our ship sail. Please ship me with some other member. I am rejected here" Maki says, laughing out loud, while pretending to sulk at Nicholas.
Nicholas just sighs, shaking his head as he read more comments from the fans. "Maki's nail art?" He read a comment.
"Oh yeah I got nail art done guys" Maki shows it in the camera. "Nico did it for me"
"I think I did a pretty good job" Nicholas says, grabbing Maki's hand and observes his nails. "I am talented"
"Guys he wrote n&m on one of the nails" Maki shows it to the camera. "He lowkey likes our ship but won't admit"
"It's just bromance guys" Nicholas says, laughing.
"Someone commented, this bromance feels like the Thai drama duo 'skynani' from high school frenemy" Maki reads another comment.
"Who's skynani?" Nicholas furrows his eyes brows.
"They are a bromance ship in the thai industry" Maki answers. "But the thing is their bromance has insane tension"
"No guys then we are not skynani" Nicholas immediately refuses to accept being compared to them. "For us, it's really just bromance"
"Guys it's hard to convince this guy" Maki laughs. "We are all just kidding but Nicholas often takes things like these seriously"
They continue the live for another half an hour, where Maki gives Nicholas more chronically online lore, making him feel really old and outdated.
"I sometimes feel a generation gap with Maki" Nicholas says. "The things he laughs on, I don't even understand"
"Nico is in his 'unc' era guys. He will soon be joining K and Fuma hyung. Let's hope he doesn't end up on YouTube shorts now"
"You bitch" Nicholas says, strangling him, but Maki had his eyes wide.
"We're still on live! You swore!" Maki whispers.
"Oh shit" Nicholas swears once again, then face palms. "Oh god"
Maki immediately changes the topic, putting on some songs and then soon ends the live. He stares at Nicholas after shutting down the phone.
"It has happened so many times now! Whenever we go live one of us ends up swearing" Maki says.
"Shit we're gonna get scolded by the manager again" Nicholas sighs.
"It's alright. I will fight for you. My bro" Maki says, giving him a fist bump.

"Guys how many times will it happen?" Their manager sighs. "Just because you guys speak English doesn't mean swearing is allowed on lives"
"It's my fault sir" Maki steps up. "Don't say anything to Nico"
"But he's the one who swore" their manager says.
"I was kind of ragebaiting him, so he reacted impulsively. It can happen at times, please let it go" Maki begs.
The manager sighs. "Just because of you Maki, I am letting it go. But please control next time"
"Sure sir" Maki says, before swinging an arm around Nicholas. "Your bro saved you"
"Bro my ass" Nicholas rolls his eyes. "You're the reason I ended up swearing"
"Oops" Maki gives an apologetic smile. "I like ragebaiting you, you get annoyed so easily"
"Asshole" Nicholas mutters.
"You love me" Maki says, leaning his head on his shoulder.
Nicholas sighs. "Of course"
"Great let's plan dinner now, just us" Maki drags Nicholas back in the dorm.

"Nico, let's match today" Maki comes up to his room.
Nicholas was standing in front of his wardrobe, deciding clothes for their group hangout today. "You're wearing such an ugly color, I don't wanna match with you" he replies.
Maki groans. "Come on"
"That orange looks so ugly" Nicholas judges. "If we are matching, then you would have to trust my fashion sense"
"Fine!" Maki gives in, walking closer to him, invading his wardrobe. "What about this? I have a similar denim jacket" he picks up a light washed denim jacket from his wardrobe.
"Hmm yeah this seems fine" Nicholas agrees.
"Great let me go and change into mine too. Let's meet outside in the living room then!" Maki says, before running out.
Euijoo side eyes Nicholas, slowly walking over. "You and matching? That's new. You never agree to match with me"
Nicholas rolls his eyes. "Because your fashion sense is pathetic"
Euijoo gasps, offended. "You're still matching with Maki although you hate his fashion sense too"
"Maki and I are bros" Nicholas reasons. "It's the bro code to not refuse anything the other says"
Euijoo rolls his eyes, fed up. "Whatever"
Nicholas dresses up, taking a few selfies in front of the mirror and then heads out to find Maki all ready, matching with his outfit.
"Nico, you look hot" Maki compliments.
"Thanks bro, you too" Nicholas returns.
"No but you look insane hot. Like you hair looks so good' and the side parting just fits well with this look. It's giving soft boy yet very fashionable because of course you're the fashion king-"
"Alright shut up" Taki walks in cutting him. "Stop flirting now"
"That wasn't flirting" Nicholas immediately defends. "We bros just like to compliment each other all the time."
"One day y'all will kiss and still call each other bro" Taki mumbles, rolling his eyes.
"Did you say something?" Nicholas raises his eyebrows.
"Nope nothing, please continue the compliment battle off" Taki says, stepping away.
Before their bromance could continue, Euijoo steps in glaring at the two. "Can we leave? Asking this specially to n&m? Are y'all done?"
"Why so pissed juju" Nicholas says laughing, looking at Euijoo's annoyed expression. He pulls Maki closer, putting his arm around his shoulder. "Jealous of our bromance?"
"Not even the slightest" Euijoo answers. "We're getting late, please let's leave"
"Yeah Nico, we gotta take some good n&m photos for our instagram post today" Maki adds in. "Let's go"

They had planned a picnic today, with everyone bringing in their favourite snacks. Almost 9 different dishes were placed on the picnic mat, as everyone dived into the food.
"Nico, do you wanna try that one?" Maki asks him, to which Nicholas nods. Maki fills his own plate and then gives it to Nicholas instead. "Do you also wanna try that one?" He kept asking him, and filled his plate with everything.
"Maki how about you give this treatment to me too" Taki adds in, with a hint of jealousy in his tone. "Why only Nicholas"
"Cause he's my bro" Maki says, slapping a hand to Nicholas's leg. "Anything for my bro"
"I was your bro first" Taki argues. "In fact we are closer. Even in age"
"Euijoo how about you give this treatment to Taki?" Nicholas adds in. "Since the two of you are getting way too jealous of our bromance"
"I am not jealous" Euijoo answers, glaring.
"Euijoo hyung, don't worry he's still your bestie. But the bromance is too strong between us, you can't help it" Maki shrugs.
Maki then suddenly grabs Nicholas's face and pecks his cheek, while laughing. Nicholas widens his eyes, and immediately grabs both of his wrists, holding them tightly behind his back. "Who allowed you to do that huh?"
"Bros can kiss" Maki says, still laughing as Nicholas held him in a threatening embrace. "No homo"
"You little shit" Nicholas pretends to headlock Maki playfully, with Maki almost on his lap, trying to free himself from Nicholas's hold, who only held him tighter.
"Okay okay I am sorry" Maki laughs, tears in his eyes. "Please leave me bro"
"Will you mess around with me now" Nicholas playfully threatens.
"Yes" Maki sticks his tongue out, and Nicholas painfully twists Maki's wrist making him wince in pain. "NO! I won't" he immediately shouts.
Everyone sighs, watching them. "The bromance is too strong with n&m. No wonder they are a popular ship" Fuma adds, laughing at whatever they were doing. "K hyung, we should promote our bromance too"
K side eyes him. "Fuma, what we have going on, is not bromance. Don't bro-zone me like this"
Fuma laughs, enveloping him in a hug. "I am just kidding hyung, but their bromance seems suspicious too"
"I don't think Euijoo and Taki would let their bromance continue or get carried away. They both will be there to interrupt first" K says, observing both Taki and Euijoo who sat side by side, observing the 'bros' having their moment.
"It's just friendly flirting" Maki says, finally after he's released.
"Don't break the bro code. It's just bromance" Nicholas reminds.
"Fine" Maki agrees, still finding it hilarious. "Next time I will say no homo before kissing"
"Maki!" Nicholas glares, once again smacking his arm.
"You're breaking the bro code too, by being abusive" Maki says.
"You deserve it" Nicholas says.
"They're so annoying" Taki mutters, turning to look at Euijoo.
"I agree. Third wheeling a bromance duo is actually way worse than third wheeling a real couple" Euijoo says.
Taki leans his head against Euijoo's shoulder watching as Maki continues to tease and then feed his food to Nicholas, who at first resisted but then eventually gives in, and feeds him back too, right in front of everyone's salad.
