Over the years, Dick, Jason, Tim, Cass, and Damian have all made their way to Wayne Manor, each for their own reasons, and have carved out a home within its walls. The human residents of the manor, however, are unaware of this.

Or: Dick and his siblings are borrowers who live beneath the floorboards of Wayne Manor, unbeknownst to one Bruce Wayne. When a crisis forces their paths to collide, however, they find themselves increasingly entangled in the lives of the humans - and find that it might not be such a bad thing after all.

Hi! To get rid of artblock I’m drawing fanart of all my favorite fics

This is one of the rare complete multi-chapter works in my collection. However, it was an absolute joy to read. Borrower au is not something I often encounter for stories, nor is it something I usually read, but I decided to give it a try and boy am I glad! It is a fluffy read with just enough angst sprinkled in to keep it interesting, but enough comfort to keep it light. And so I can really recommend this one!
