Work Text:
Dylan woke up feeling dizzy and nauseous. He immediately got out of his room and rushed to the bathroom, ignoring Nano who was yapping about the new skincare he bought, while Thame and Pepper listened half interested.
Dylan barely made it to the toilet before throwing up. He held onto the bowl to steady himself, still feeling woozy. He flinched when he felt someone rub his back, but he didn’t need to look he recognized the familiar, strong scent.
“Are you okay?” Jun asked softly.
Dylan shrugged Jun’s hand off without a word, got up, and moved to the sink to wash his face.
He had been ignoring Jun since that night, the night that happened a month ago, the one he couldn’t stop thinking about, no matter how much he tried.
“You’re ignoring me. I thought we were okay,” Jun said, following behind him as they moved to the kitchen.
“I’m not ignoring you, okay? I just don’t want to talk to you,” Dylan muttered, sitting down at the table, pressing his fingers to his temples to ease the pounding headache.
Jun didn’t argue. “Fine. Just drink this, it’ll help,” he said, placing a mug of warm tea in front of Dylan.
Dylan looked at the mug, then at Jun, frowning slightly. Still, he accepted it and mumbled, “Thanks.”
“You good, Dyl?” Thame asked, placing a hand on Dylan’s shoulder as he and Pepper walked in, Nano trailing behind.
“Do you want to go to the hospital?” Pepper asked, his tone laced with concern.
“No need. I’m fine. I just need rest,” Dylan replied, cradling the mug.
“Aww, P’Dylan, I’ll cook you some porridge, okay?” Nano said gently, patting Dylan’s head before heading to the counter.
Jun leaned against the counter, arms crossed, watching Dylan closely, concern etched in his features.
“Just text us if you need anything, Dylan. I’m heading out to meet P’Po,” Thame said. Dylan nodded, and Thame left the kitchen.
“Me too. I’m spending the day with my wife and daughter. But really don’t hesitate to text, okay?” Pepper added.
“Just go, Pepper. I can handle myself. Enjoy,” Dylan said, pushing him toward the door.
Thame and Pepper now lived with their partners, Pepper and Gam married and had a one year old daughter, while Thame was newly engaged to Po. Though they had moved out, they still scheduled sleepovers at the group house. Meanwhile, Jun, Dylan, and Nano still lived in the house since it was convenient for their work. Their fans were supportive some even suggested baby names when Gam was pregnant and helped Thame and Po brainstorm wedding themes. Mars was thriving, still performing with passion.
One week passed since Dylan first threw up. The nausea persisted every morning, but he hid it from everyone. Though the dizziness subsided, his mood swings worsened he’d go from overly emotional to sulky, then angry over the smallest things. Everyone noticed, even Po and Gam, but no one dared question it.
Now, they were in the middle of dance practice, preparing for a performance next week. Dylan felt unusually heavy and weak. He tried to keep up with the choreography but struggled.
“I think we should stop for a bit. Dylan’s not okay,” Jun said, watching him closely.
“Shut up, Jun. I’m fine,” Dylan snapped, but his voice was weak and breathless.
“You’re not okay. Let’s rest,” Thame insisted, and the rest nodded.
“I said I’m—” Dylan didn’t finish his sentence. He collapsed, but Jun rushed forward and caught him just in time.
The room erupted in panic. Everyone gathered around, worried. Po immediately called an ambulance.
At the hospital, Dylan lay peacefully asleep in bed. His bandmates stood around, their faces tense with worry.
“I’m so worried. Is he back to not eating again? Or is it the insomnia?” Thame asked.
“No, he’s been eating and sleeping fine. But… I did see him throw up a few times. He told me he probably just overate, so I didn’t ask,” Nano explained, staring at his hands.
“Let’s just wait for the doctor,” Po said, rubbing Thame’s back to comfort him.
Pepper and Jun stood in the corner, both silent, lost in thought.
Dylan groaned and opened his eyes. His brow furrowed at the sight of everyone gathered around, looking pale and tense.
“Chill, guys. I’m alive,” he tried to joke.
“What’s happening, Dylan? Are you stressed? Please tell us. We’re worried,” Pepper said.
“I don’t know. I really don’t. My body’s just… acting weird,” Dylan muttered, confused and frustrated.
“I’ll call the doctor,” Po said and stepped out.
Moments later, the doctor returned. “Would you prefer we speak in private?” he asked.
“It’s fine doc, just say it,” Dylan replied, bracing himself.
The doctor nodded. "The reason you fainted is due to exhaustion. Your body is more sensitive now because you're four weeks or one month pregnant. But don't worry, everything looks healthy. The baby is doing just fine."
Silence fell like a blanket over the room. Everyone froze, most in shock but none more than Dylan and Jun.
“Pregnant? Are you… sure?” Dylan asked, his voice trembling.
“Yes. We ran multiple tests. There’s no doubt,” the doctor confirmed gently.
“You can go home tomorrow,” the doctor added. “But before that, we’ll go over how to manage your pregnancy. Thank you.” He gave a small nod and left.
“Thank you, Doctor,” Po was the first to break the silence.
The room remained still. The atmosphere was thick with unspoken emotions. Jun and Dylan accidentally made eye contact staring at each other with the same stunned, uncertain look.
Their lives just changed in one sentence.
(Flashback)
“Do you really hate me, Dylan?” Jun asked, his voice slightly slurred from the alcohol. He and Dylan sat side by side on the couch, both tipsy but still conscious enough to make wise decisions.
They were at the group house, celebrating Thame and Po’s engagement. It was a simple party food, games, and drinks. Now, most of their friends were already knocked out. Pepper and Gam were cuddled together in a beanbag, somehow fitting despite its size. Nano had passed out on the floor next to his favorite snack. The newly engaged couple was asleep on the other couch, wrapped in each other’s arms.
Only Jun and Dylan remained awake, their high alcohol tolerance keeping them up tipsy, yes, but still in control.
“I don’t hate you,” Dylan replied, turning to face Jun. “I just thought… the only time we really talk is when we’re bickering. We don’t like the same things, so I figured we had nothing in common.”
Jun leaned in a little closer, his gaze steady. “That makes sense. But… are you sure we don’t have anything we both like?”
“I mean… that’s what I assumed,” Dylan answered with a shrug.
“Okay then. What’s your favorite color?” Jun asked, his cheeks pink from the alcohol.
Dylan laughed at the unexpected question. “Seriously?”
“It’s an icebreaker!” Jun grinned. “We need to confirm if we really have nothing in common.”
“Fine,” Dylan said, chuckling. “Pink.”
Jun’s eyes widened. “Really? Everyone thought your favorite color was black or gray.”
Dylan just smirked. “Surprise. Your turn.”
“Red,” Jun answered, still a little shocked. And so the questions continued, light and playful… until Dylan shifted the mood.
“So… what do you like about me as a person?” Dylan asked, voice quieter now, gaze more intense.
Jun paused for a moment, then smiled softly. “I like how you act like you don’t care… but I know you do. Like that time I got sick, and you kept checking on me, pretending it was nothing. I really appreciated that.”
Dylan smiled, touched. “You actually remember that?”
“Of course I do.”
“Well,” Dylan said, looking straight into Jun’s eyes, “I like how you always try to help everyone. You're always there when someone needs you.”
They both smiled, realizing maybe… they never really hated each other.
“See? We don’t hate each other at all,” Jun said with a small laugh.
Then Dylan leaned in slightly, eyes twinkling. “Last question, Jun… what do you like about my body?”
Jun blinked, caught off guard. “Wait—what?”
“Don’t act clueless. I see you watching me every time the stylists dress me up. You think you’re being subtle?” Dylan teased, smirking.
Jun looked away, red creeping up his neck. “Fine. You got me. It’s just… you’re always so pretty when they dress you up.”
“You think I’m pretty?” Dylan moved even closer, tilting Jun’s chin up so their eyes met.
“Yes,” Jun said softly.
Dylan’s voice dropped to a whisper. “What part of my body do you like the most?”
Jun blushed deeper. “Your waist. Every time you wear a crop top, it’s like… calling me. And your lips. They’re so plump and glossy, it’s—”
“Tempting you to what?” Dylan interrupted, teasing him, leaning in just enough to make Jun stare at his lips.
“To kiss you,” Jun admitted, voice trembling with honesty.
Dylan smirked. “Do you want to kiss me, Jun?”
Jun swallowed hard. “Will you let me?”
“Of course,” Dylan whispered.
That was all Jun needed. He leaned in and kissed Dylan gently, then pulled back, searching his face. But before he could say a word, Dylan pulled him into a deeper, more passionate kiss one filled with heat and years of unspoken tension.
They broke apart briefly, breathless.
“Our friends are still here,” Jun whispered.
“They’re asleep,” Dylan said, standing up and grabbing Jun’s hand. “Come. My room.”
And Jun followed him, heart racing.
“Are you really sure about this, Dyl?” Jun asked as they stood in the quiet of Dylan’s room.
“I’m sure, Jun. Maybe it’s the alcohol... maybe not. I don’t care. I just want you.”Dylan turned to face him, locking eyes with a certainty that made Jun’s heart stutter.
Jun hesitated, torn by his own emotions. He searched Dylan’s eyes for any doubt. Finding none, he sighed and gently caressed Dylan’s cheek. Dylan leaned into his hand, as if it was the only thing grounding him.
Their lips met slow and tentative at first, but quickly deepened into something passionate and hungry. They kissed until Dylan stumbled back onto his bed, pulling Jun with him. Breathless, they pulled apart for a second, grinning through their rapid breathing.
“I’ve fantasized about undressing you,”Jun whispered, brushing his lips near Dylan’s ear before giving it a playful nip.
Dylan giggled and gave Jun a light shove on the chest, meeting his eyes “Then do it.”
Jun didn’t hesitate. He pulled Dylan’s hoodie over his head, then paused—staring. Dylan flushed under Jun’s gaze, feeling exposed, yet warm under the attention.
“You’re like art,”Jun murmured in awe, hands sliding around Dylan’s waist to pull him close. He kissed down Dylan’s neck, collarbone, and chest, leaving a trail of heat behind. Dylan gasped and arched into him, shivering under every press of lips and tongue.
Jun’s mouth worshiped every inch of Dylan’s upper body every kiss, lick, and gentle bite drew out moans and gasps.
“Jun… please,”Dylan whimpered, desperate.
Jun chuckled softly, clearly enjoying Dylan’s reactions.
“You sound so pretty when you beg,” he said, kissing lower.
As he moved further down, Dylan’s body tensed, needy and trembling. Jun gave a teasing lick before taking him fully into his mouth. Dylan cried out, arching off the bed. The pressure built fast, but just when he was on the edge, Jun pulled away with a smirk.
He climbed up beside Dylan, wiping the sweat from his forehead.
“Do you have condoms and lube?”he asked gently.
“Just lube…”Dylan admitted between gasps.
Jun’s brows furrowed. “Dyl, we can’t risk it”
“I want it raw, Jun. I want to feel you. I’m on birth control,” Dylan insisted, unaware he had missed his pill that morning.
Jun stared at him, uncertain.
“Are you sure?”
“Yes. Please.”
That was all Jun needed. He grabbed the lube, opened Dylan’s legs gently, and began to prepare him with slow, careful fingers. Dylan moaned, adjusting to the stretch, eyes fluttering shut.
“Ready?”Jun asked, and Dylan nodded.
He pushed in slowly, inch by inch, waiting until he was fully buried before pausing to let Dylan breathe.
“Move now, Jun,” Dylan said, arching into him. And so Jun moved—slowly at first, dragging out the pleasure, then faster, deeper, chasing every sound that left Dylan’s mouth.
“Fuck, Jun… I’m gonna—”
Jun silenced him with a kiss.
“Cum for me, princess.”
With a final thrust and a few strokes to Dylan’s length, Dylan cried out and came, his body trembling.
Jun was close. He tried to pull out, but Dylan wrapped his legs around Jun’s waist, holding him in place.
“Inside… I want to feel you, Jun,” Dylan begged, voice hoarse and wrecked.
Jun hesitated—but the look in Dylan’s eyes undid him. With a groan, he thrust deep and came, collapsing against Dylan’s chest, breathless.
After a moment, he pulled out gently, cleaned them both up, then lay beside Dylan, pulling him close.
Wrapped in each other, Dylan half-asleep, whispered,
“That was the best, Jun.”
Jun smiled, pressing a kiss to his temple.
The morning light crept into the room.
Dylan stirred first, still in Jun’s arms. He looked up at Jun, sleeping peacefully, and sighed conflicted. Their night was perfect, but a quiet anxiety twisted in his chest.
“You’re staring,” Jun mumbled, eyes opening to meet his.
Dylan jolted. “No, I’m not,” he said quickly, looking away.
“You’re not regretting it, Dyl?”
Dylan met his gaze and shook his head.
“No. I swear, I don’t. It’s just… maybe it shouldn’t happen again. And let’s not talk about it.”
Jun’s expression softened, but there was hurt behind his smile
“Okay. If that’s what you want.”
Dylan gave a small nod, got out of bed, and pulled on a shirt and boxers.
“I’ll shower,” he said, not quite meeting Jun’s eyes, and disappeared into the bathroom.
From that day forward, Dylan started to distance himself not completely, but noticeably. He avoided being alone with Jun. He wasn’t cold… just careful.
And Jun felt every inch of the growing space between them.
(End of flashback)
“Just remember what I told you, okay? Don’t forget your vitamins, eat properly, and don’t stress yourself too much. Any questions?” the doctor said kindly.
“We understand everything, doc. Thank you,” Po replied sincerely. The doctor nodded and walked out of the room.
“Are you ready, Dylan?” Pepper asked, noticing Dylan still lost in his thoughts. Dylan just nodded silently.
“Then let’s go home, everyone,” Thame said gently.
The ride home was quiet. Everyone was tired, their minds preoccupied. It was already late in the evening when they arrived at the group house.
“I’ll sleep now,” Dylan mumbled as soon as they got inside. Without waiting for anyone’s reply, he headed straight to his room.
Jun instinctively moved to follow him, but Po gently grabbed his wrist.
“I’m worried about him. I just want to check on him,” Jun said, his voice filled with concern.
“We’re all worried, Jun,” Po said calmly. “But it’s better to give him space for now. The news is still fresh let him process it.”
Jun sighed, understanding. Po had a point.
“I know Dylan will talk when he’s ready. Let’s not pressure him,” Thame added, placing a reassuring hand on Jun’s shoulder.
“For now, let’s get some rest. Maybe we can talk things out tomorrow,” Pepper suggested, and the rest nodded in agreement.
“Don’t worry, guys. I’ll check on P’Dylan later in case he needs anything,” Nano said. “You guys rest I'm just gonna do my skincare,” he added with a small smile before heading to his room.
In his room, Dylan sat on the bed, gently rubbing his stomach. It was only now that the reality started to sink in.
“So... I have a little peanut in my tummy,” he whispered emotionally, his hand still resting over his hoodie covered belly.
The quiet ride home had given him time to reflect. Ever since they left the hospital, emotions had been crashing into him all at once. There was a baby growing inside him. He was going to be a father.
He sniffled, trying to hold back tears. The weight of everything overwhelmed him. Would he be a good parent? Could he do this? Could he talk to Jun about it?
He remembered Jun’s expression when the doctor told them he was pregnant shocked, confused. He knew Jun was probably overthinking everything right now. But so was he. Dylan wasn’t ready to talk. Not yet. He needed time to gather himself. And he hoped Jun would understand.
“Peanut… do you think your dada is happy to know you’re in my tummy? Or is he angry?” Dylan whispered to his belly, voice trembling. “I hope not…”
He rubbed his belly gently, tears spilling down his cheeks. He wasn’t sure if it was the pregnancy hormones or just everything hitting at once but he couldn’t hold it in anymore.
A soft knock on the door made him stop.
“It’s me, P’Dylan,” came Nano’s voice from outside.
Dylan quickly wiped his tears and opened the door. Nano stood there, wearing a beauty face mask.
“Oh my god, were you crying, P’Dylan? Are you okay?” Nano asked, worried, stepping inside and sitting beside Dylan on the bed.
“I’m fine… just a bit emotional. It’s probably the pregnancy,” Dylan said, giving a small, tired smile.
“Are you craving anything, Phi?” Nano asked playfully, trying to lighten the mood with a bright smile.
Dylan didn’t answer the question. Instead, his expression turned serious. “Aren’t you curious who the other father is?”
Nano blinked but didn’t press. He knew everyone was curious. Everyone knew Dylan didn’t sleep around and wasn’t interested in dating. And they all knew Dylan had liked Jun for a long time.
“I am,” Nano admitted honestly, “but I won’t pressure you to tell us. We respect your privacy. We’re just here when you’re ready to talk.”
His sincerity touched Dylan deeply. Nano reached out and held his hand to comfort him, and Dylan began to tear up again.
“Oh no! Did I say something wrong?” Nano panicked, immediately pulling Dylan into a hug.
“No, no… it’s not that. It’s just… this is all so overwhelming.” Dylan’s voice cracked. “I’m scared. What if I’m not a good father? I don’t want to be like my parents, who barely even cared. I don’t want that for my baby, Nano. I really don’t…”
Dylan cried in Nano’s arms, letting everything out. Nano just held him, patting his back gently, heart aching for his friend.
“No, Phi. You won’t be like your parents,” Nano said softly. “Because you’re not them. You’re kind, caring, and sweet even if you don’t always show it. We know you’ll be a good father.”
He pulled away slightly and held Dylan’s face, wiping his tears. Dylan now noticed that Nano had tears in his eyes too.
“You mean that?” Dylan asked, needing the reassurance.
“I do. So please don’t overthink it, okay? You’re not alone. We’ll help you through this every step of the way.”
Dylan finally smiled, his heart a little lighter. They ended up staying up, chatting and laughing softly, comforting each other into the night.
Dylan woke up feeling nauseous. He noticed Nano was no longer beside him, probably already back in his room. The room was still dark. When he checked his phone, it was only 3:30 a.m.
Suddenly, the urge to throw up hit him again. He jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom. Kneeling over the toilet, he threw up, steadying himself as the dizziness kicked in. He flinched in surprise when he felt someone rubbing his back.
He turned quickly and was shocked to see Jun.
“Sorry I startled you. Are you okay?” Jun asked gently, stepping back to give Dylan space.
“I’m fine... it’s just the morning sickness, like the doctor said,” Dylan replied quietly.
“I’ll get you some water,” Jun offered. Dylan wanted to say no, but Jun was already walking toward the kitchen.
Dylan washed his face and took a deep breath. After a moment, he followed Jun to the kitchen. Maybe... maybe this was the right time to talk. Talking to Nano had helped lighten the burden maybe this would too.
Jun, sensing Dylan’s presence behind him, started preparing some tea as well. He wanted to talk, wanted to clear the air but wasn’t sure if Dylan was ready.
Jun handed him a warm mug. Dylan sat silently, holding the cup in both hands. It was warm like the quiet atmosphere between them.
He gently held his tummy and exhaled. Now. This is the moment.
“Jun,” Dylan said, and Jun now sitting across from him looked up.
“Yes?” Jun replied nervously, realizing Dylan wanted to talk.
“About the baby…” Dylan’s voice trembled slightly, and Jun caught it.
“I know, Dyl. It’s mine… it’s our baby,” Jun said softly, looking Dylan straight in the eyes. He wanted him to see he was sincere, willing to be there for both Dylan and the baby.
“If it’s a burden to you, Jun… it’s okay if you don’t want to be involved. I can take care of the baby on my own.” Dylan’s voice was unsure. He hadn’t meant to say it, but his fears spilled out before he could stop them.
“No, Dylan. Don’t think like that,” Jun said quickly. “I want to take responsibility not just for the baby, but for you too.” He reached out, hesitated, then pulled back, afraid of making Dylan uncomfortable. Still, he looked into Dylan’s eyes and added, “I want this. I want to go through it with you.”
“Are you sure about this, Jun?” Dylan asked, his voice cracking a little.
“Yes, Dyl. Please… let me take care of you and the baby.” Jun finally reached for Dylan’s hand on the table. Dylan looked down at their hands, then back up at Jun. The sincerity in his eyes made Dylan's heart ache in a good way. He smiled softly, nearly in tears.
“Jun… do you like me?” Dylan asked suddenly, bravely. Jun’s eyes widened in surprise.
“Ahm… yes,” he admitted, voice shaking. “I don’t even know when it started, but I do, Dyl. I like you.”
Dylan swallowed hard. “Are you sure? Maybe… maybe you’re just confusing that night with feelings. Or maybe it’s just the responsibility of the baby that’s making you feel this way…”
“No, Dyl. It’s not because of that. And definitely not just about the baby,” Jun said with more confidence now. “I truly like you. I don’t know when it started but I always find myself looking at you. I’d do small things just to get your attention. I like being around you, even in silence. That silence… it’s comforting.”
Dylan felt his chest tighten. The words, Jun had said it so naturally. So sincerely.
Without a word, Dylan intertwined their fingers. Jun looked down, stunned but smiled.
“Fine. I believe you. And… I like you too,” Dylan said shyly, blushing. Jun’s smile widened with joy.
He stood quickly and went around the table to pull Dylan into a tight hug. Dylan hugged him back, feeling the warmth in Jun’s embrace.
“But Jun… I’m worried,” Dylan said as they pulled apart. “What if we announce it and the fans react badly?”
Jun took both of Dylan’s hands again and looked him in the eyes. “Dyl, some people may not be happy but it’s our life, not theirs. And I won’t let anyone break what we’re building. We’re just starting our little family. I won’t let anything ruin that.”
“Can we really do this, Jun?” Dylan asked, still uncertain.
Jun cupped Dylan’s face with both hands. “We can. We’ll do this together, with the baby, and with our friends. We’ll tell them tomorrow. They’ll understand. Then we can plan how to tell the world.”
Dylan looked at him with full trust and smiled sweetly, nodding. Jun kissed his forehead gently and whispered, “We’ve got this, Dyl.”
And in that moment, Dylan believed him.
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN P’JUN IS THE FATHER?!” Nano dramatically stood up from the couch, but Pepper quickly pulled him back down.
Everyone was now gathered in the living room. Their friends sat on the sofa, while Jun and Dylan sat on a bean bag in front of them. Even Po and Gam were there. Dylan had said he was ready to talk, so he and Jun had finally told the whole story. Everyone was still in shock.
“Wait—what do you mean little peanut baby was made during our engagement party?! That was supposed to be our night, but you two had... other plans?! Oh my god, I can’t process this!” Thame dramatically shook his head while Po laughed and tried to calm him down.
“It was just… unexpected, okay? The heat of the moment caught us off guard,” Jun said smugly, crossing his arms.
Dylan rolled his eyes and smacked Jun lightly on the shoulder. “Stop saying it like that.”
“Anyway, congratulations, guys. And thank you for telling us,” Pepper said warmly, the calmest among them.
“Oh my god, I used to ship you two before, but I didn’t know you’d take it this far! You really gave us something spicy!” Nano added, still buzzing with excitement.
“So... what do you both plan to do now?” Thame asked, now more serious.
“We’ve talked about announcing Dylan’s pregnancy and his temporary hiatus,” Jun began, “and... do you think it’s okay if we reveal at the same time that I’m the father?”
Jun hesitated on the last words. Everyone paused to think for a moment.
“I think that’s a good idea,” Gam said. “It’s a lot to take in, but if everything’s announced in one go, the reaction will hit once and die down faster.”
“That makes sense, love,” Pepper agreed, smiling at her wife. “Less stress that way.”
“I agree with P’Gam. And honestly, I think the fans will be happy. They love you both and have been shipping you for years,” Nano said encouragingly, beaming at the couple.
“So... what do you say?” Po asked, looking at Jun and Dylan.
“Let’s do it,” Jun and Dylan said together, smiling at each other and holding hands.
“Alright. I’ll talk to the company and handle everything,” Thame assured them.
“But wait—so are you two, like... officially together now?” Nano narrowed his eyes, studying them like a hawk.
“Yes. We’re basically husbands now,” Jun said, smirking.
Dylan smacked him again. “Shut up, Jun. Let’s wait for the baby to come out first.”
Then he added, trying to sound casual, “But yes... we’re together now.”
Unfortunately, the deep blush on his face gave him away.
“OH MY GOD! MY DREAM CAME TRUE!” Nano squealed, clapping his hands in joy.
“I can’t wait to see little Peanut. I hope the baby looks like Dylan..everything Dylan,” Thame said, laughing.
Everyone joined in the laughter except for Jun, who looked offended.
“Hey! I also contributed, you know!”
They all laughed and spent the rest of the day talking, celebrating a little for Jun and Dylan welcoming this new chapter with love, laughter, and a lot of teasing.
The night is quiet now. They’re cuddled up in Dylan’s room, with Dylan pressed against Jun’s chest, using Jun’s arm as a pillow. Jun’s other hand rests under Dylan’s hoodie, gently rubbing the small bump on his stomach.
“What do you want the baby to call us?” Jun asked thoughtfully.
“I actually thought about that,” Dylan said cheerfully, looking up at him. “I want our baby to call us ‘Daddy’ and ‘Dada.’ I’ll be the Daddy, and you’ll be the Dada.”
Jun smiled widely, completely charmed. “I like that… Daddy and Dada.”
“Do you want a girl or a boy?” Dylan asked.
“It doesn’t matter,” Jun said sincerely. “As long as the baby is healthy.”
“Really? But I feel like you’re a girl dad, you’d be super overprotective,” Dylan teased.
“Oh, you think so? Hmm… maybe,” Jun chuckled, considering it.
“I also love watching you play with Prim,” Dylan added, remembering Jun playing with Pepper and Gam’s daughter.
Jun smiled at Dylan
“I also imagine you as a boy dad teaching him how to use those production tools in your studio, him looking just like you, always wearing headphones and having that serious poker face. That’s so cute.”Jun said and laughed softly at the image and gently ran his hand across Dylan’s belly.
“That’s so cute. I can’t wait,” Dylan said with a wide smile but it slowly faded as he remembered the announcement that would be posted tomorrow.
“What’s wrong?” Jun noticed right away.
“Nothing… I’m just nervous about tomorrow,” Dylan admitted.
“Don’t think about it too much,” Jun said gently. “No matter how people react, just remember, I’m not going anywhere. I’ll always be here.”
“Okay. I trust you,” Dylan whispered, then kissed him softly. They kissed gently and pulled back with quiet smiles.
“Let’s sleep now,” Dylan said, and Jun sat up.
Dylan looked at him, confused, but then Jun gently leaned down, kissed Dylan’s clothed stomach, and whispered to it, “Good night, little peanut. I love you.”
Dylan heard him clearly, and it almost brought him to tears, touched by how beautiful the moment was. He tried to hold back the emotion as Jun lay back down, pulled Dylan into his arms, and kissed his temple.
“Good night, my love,” Jun said with a wide smile.
“Good night, love,” Dylan replied, smiling back.
And together, they drifted off to sleep in each other’s arms.
“I told you the reactions were all good,” Pepper said as he scrolled through the fans' responses to the announcement.
Everyone was gathered in the living room, checking out the fans’ reactions. Most of them were positive, some shocked, others emotional, but all thrilled to find out that Jun and Dylan were not only together but also expecting a baby. It felt surreal, especially since many fans had once only wished for Jun and Dylan to be real. Some fans were sad about Dylan’s hiatus, but many were already suggesting baby names.
“Yup, they’re clearly happy and even more excited about the baby. Look, they’re seriously listing baby names now,” Thame said, still scrolling through the comments.
“Told you! All the JunDylan shippers are malfunctioning and crying like crazy,” Nano added, laughing as he read some of the emotional fan posts.
“I’m really glad about their reactions, but… can we pause for a moment?” Dylan said, pouting like something was really bothering him. Everyone immediately stopped and turned to him.
“What’s wrong, babe? Are you okay?” Jun quickly moved to Dylan’s side, concern written all over his face.
“I’m fine... it’s just, the baby is craving something,” Dylan whined, rubbing his stomach like a sulking child.
“Oh, just tell us, Dyl! We’ll get it for you,” Pepper said confidently.
“I want watermelon… with chocolate on top,” Dylan said, his mouth already watering just thinking about it.
“Watermelon with chocolate? Is that even yummy?” Thame asked, a bit confused.
“Anyway, it’s easy. I’ll get it for you, babe,” Jun said, gently patting Dylan’s hair.
“Weird cravings are officially starting,” Nano laughed.
“But,” Dylan added, raising a finger, “you have to buy the watermelon from that market where the seller is the elderly lady. And the chocolate only from 7/11. I don’t care what kind, as long as it’s from there.” He smiled sweetly, clearly very particular about this craving.
Everyone just stared, stunned.
“Oh my god… it’s really starting now. Just like how Gam had those wild pregnancy cravings before,” Pepper said, shaking his head at the memory.
“Wait, is it that serious, Per?” Thame asked.
“Yes. Super serious. Gam once cried for hours because she wanted an odd number of fries, but when she counted them, they were even. She cried like it was the end of the world,” Pepper said, laughing at the memory.
“Oh no, I really need to start preparing myself for P’Po,” Thame muttered, already dreading the future.
“Fine, love. If that’s what you want, I’ll get it for you,” Jun said, kissing Dylan’s forehead.
“Yeah, let’s go, Jun. We’ll come with you so we can get it faster,” Thame said, grabbing his bag, while Pepper was already heading for the door.
“Nano, just stay here, okay? We’ll get something for you too,” Jun said, pinching Nano’s cheek before heading out.
“What do you want to do now, Phi?” Nano asked as he sat beside Dylan on the couch.
“The baby wants to watch Disney movies,” Dylan said softly.
“Oooh, you have good taste, huh?” Nano said with a grin, rubbing Dylan’s baby bump before switching on the TV. “Let’s go”

“Jun, would you really love me if I was a worm?” Dylan asked Jun again for the 10th time already.
“I didn’t know Dylan was the kind of person to ask that question. That’s kinda cute,” Po whispered to Thame, who was sitting beside him on the bean bag. Meanwhile, Jun and Dylan were on the couch, Jun’s arm around Dylan’s shoulder, and Dylan’s right leg resting on top of Jun’s.
“It’s just the pregnancy, Phi. Just enjoy this moment while Dylan’s still like that,” Thame laughed quietly.
They were on a double movie date, and this was the 10th time they’d heard Dylan ask the same question since the movie started.
“Yes, babe, I will,” Jun answered again his voice still soft and sweet. Po and Thame stifled their laughter, amused at Jun’s endless patience.
“Really? So you really would love me if I was a worm?” Dylan asked again, leaning close to Jun, asking for the 11th time.
“Yes, Dyl…” Jun replied, but this time, his voice came out a little flat, distracted by the movie.
Dylan noticed. His face fell and then tears began to pool in his eyes.
“No… you don’t love me anymore. You answered like I forced you,” Dylan whimpered, his voice cracking as tears started to fall.
Jun immediately panicked and turned to face him fully. “No, baby—no! I love you, I love you even if you’re a worm, an alien, a horse, a… Stonehenge! Anything! I will still love you forever. I’m sorry for that tone, I didn’t mean it, okay?”
Jun pulled Dylan into a tight hug while gently rocking him. Dylan sniffled against his chest.
Seeing Dylan cry, Thame elbowed Po and motioned for them to stay quiet. The two quickly sobered up, no longer laughing.
Jun kissed the top of Dylan’s head. “You’re my everything, even if you turn into a little worm.”
“…Even a wiggly worm?” Dylan asked in a muffled voice.
Jun smiled, holding back a laugh. “Especially a wiggly worm.”
“Would you still love me, Thame, if I was a sandwich?” Po asked curiously, glancing up at him.
Thame stopped giggling at Jun and Dylan and turned to Po, holding back a smile.
“Yes, Phi. No matter what form you take whether you're a sandwich, an animal, anything, I’ll still love and cherish you,” Thame replied softly, gently holding Po’s hands.
“Me too, Thame. I’ll love you no matter what you are,” Po said with a giggle, realizing how cringe but cute they both sounded.
“Wait... are you pregnant too, Phi? But we used protection, right—” Thame started but was cut off when Po smacked his shoulder, blushing.
“Thame! Don’t say it like that,” Po hissed, face red.
Thame just laughed and pulled Po into a warm hug. They snuggled up together again on the beanbag, continuing to watch the movie, while Jun was still gently calming Dylan, who was now dozing off sleepily on his shoulder.

“You smell so good, love,” Jun said, back hugging Dylan and burying his face into Dylan’s neck. They were standing in front of the mirror in Jun’s room after showering, both still in towels as they prepared to get dressed.
“You said last time that your favorite part of my body is my stomach, right?” Dylan asked quietly, his eyes fixed on his reflection, a hint of concern in his voice.
Jun, still hugging him from behind, paused his gentle sniffing when he sensed something was off. “Yeah, babe. Why?”
“Look at my stomach,” Dylan said, his voice barely above a whisper as he traced the faint stretch marks beginning to show across his four month belly. “There are already visible stretch marks. Do you… still like it?”
Jun gently turned Dylan to face him, immediately noticing the worry in his eyes.
“Dylan,” he said softly, “you know how much I love you, right? How much I adore your body especially your belly. I don’t care if there are stretch marks. I still love it. I still love you. It’s completely normal to have them. You’re growing our little peanut in there. That’s beautiful to me.”
“Really?” Dylan asked again, lips forming a small pout, eyes still unsure.
Jun didn’t answer with words. Instead, he knelt down in front of Dylan, kissed his stretch marks tenderly, and looked up at him with pure love in his eyes.
“Yes,” he whispered, “I still love it. I love every part of you.”
And Dylan, unable to hold it in anymore, blinked away the tears forming in his eyes, heart full of emotion.

“Now, let’s hear the baby’s heartbeat,” the doctor said, and the sound echoed softly throughout the room.
Jun and Dylan turned to each other, their hands instinctively intertwining. As the rhythmic thump of their baby’s heartbeat filled the room, both of them began to tear up, overwhelmed with emotion.
“That’s our baby’s heartbeat, babe. Oh my God,” Jun whispered, smiling through his tears. His chest felt full he was so emotional, realizing that this was real. They were going to have a baby. Their baby. Hearing that heartbeat made everything feel complete.
“It’s so beautiful,” Dylan added, his voice trembling. He gazed down at his belly, tears glistening in his eyes. “I could listen to that sound every day.” The moment was deeply moving for him he was carrying their child, and hearing the heartbeat made everything even more real.
Still sniffling and wiping their tears from the ultrasound checkup, Jun and Dylan now sat inside their car.
“Are you okay, babe?” Jun asked, reaching over to hold Dylan’s hand. Dylan looked at him, smiling gently, though tears still lingered in his eyes.
“Yes, love. I’m just… really happy,” Dylan replied softly.
“Do you want to eat first, or should we check out the condo?” Jun asked, starting the car.
“Let’s see the condo first I’m kind of excited. We can eat after,” Dylan said, still smiling as he looked at the ultrasound picture and rested his hand on his baby bump.
Jun and Dylan were starting the next chapter of their lives searching for a new home where they could raise their growing family, a space they could call their own.
“I’m still kind of worried about Nano, though,” Jun admitted as he drove. “He’ll be living alone in the group house once we move out.”
“Jun, don’t stress about it,” Dylan said gently, turning to him. “We already talked to him, and he said he’s fine. I know he’s like our baby too, but he’s grown up now. Maybe he even wants some space for himself.”
“You think so?” Jun glanced at Dylan, then back at the road.
“Yeah. He even mentioned looking for a condo of his own. And he’s been talking to someone lately,” Dylan said with a knowing smile. “Maybe he needs space to level up his love life too.”
“Oh right! I heard something about that. Someone named Mond, right? That solo artist Nano choreographed a routine for?” Jun asked, piecing it together.
“Yup, that’s the one. Since they worked on that project together, they’ve been talking more. Honestly, they’re really cute together,” Dylan said, beaming with support.
“Yeah, they are. I hope it works out for them,” Jun said sincerely.
Dylan nodded. “Me too.”

“Woah, Nano, you really put effort into the decorations,” Thame said, amazed by how beautifully Nano decorated the garden for Jun and Dylan’s baby gender reveal. Everyone had gathered around a large table set in the garden, Mars and Po, Gam, Prim were all there.
“Of course! Even though this is just a simple celebration, I still gave it my best for my second parents, Jun and Dylan,” Nano said with a giggle.
“Thank you so much, Nano. We really appreciate it,” Dylan smiled, giving Nano a heartfelt hug.
“Let’s start! I’m so excited,” Jun said, and they all gathered in front of the cake, ready for the big moment.
Jun and Dylan stood together, holding the knife with both hands. They exchanged a smile before slowly cutting a slice of the cake. Everyone held their breath.
The inside of the cake was blue.
“It’s a boy, babe,” Dylan said tearfully, throwing his arms around Jun.
“It’s a boy,” Jun whispered into Dylan’s neck, his own tears falling.
“IT’S A BOY! OH MY GHAD!” everyone shouted, clapping and cheering as the celebration officially began. Laughter filled the garden as they ate and enjoyed the moment together.
Later, they all lounged around the table, chatting and laughing. Prim, sitting beside Dylan, gently and innocently rubbed Dylan’s baby bump. Everyone paused and smiled at the sweet gesture.
“He just kicked, Prim,” Dylan said, eyes lighting up with joy.
“Woah,” Prim responded with wide eyes, clearly amazed by the feeling of the baby’s movement.
“Soon, Prim, you’ll be playing and becoming friends with Uncle Dylan and Uncle Jun’s baby,” Gam said, smiling at her daughter. Pepper also smiled warmly at the scene.
“Oh, that’s so cute imagine them running around here at the group house while we watch from the side,” Jun said, his gaze soft as he looked at Dylan and Prim.
“Oh wow, Jun’s being emotional and soft now. That’s a rare sight,” Thame teased, making everyone laugh.
“Fatherhood changes a man it makes you mature. That’s what Jun’s going through now,” Po added, joining his fiancé’s teasing. Jun groaned and playfully complained to Dylan, but Dylan only joined in on the teasing too.
“We’re really at this point in our lives, oh my god,” Nano said dramatically, laughing along with the group.
That night, Jun and Dylan were cuddled up in Dylan’s room after the celebration. Everyone else had gone to rest in their own rooms. Jun rubbed Dylan’s baby bump gently, feeling the soft kicks beneath his hand.
“Do you have any names in mind?” Jun asked.
“Yeah… something like Tui or Lego,” Dylan said, still deep in thought.
“Hmm, those are cute. What about Liam?” Jun suggested.
“Hmm… Liam, Liam, Liam… WILLIAM!” Dylan suddenly exclaimed, eyes lighting up. “It just sounds so right!”
“William?” Jun repeated, intrigued.
“Yup. Let’s call him William,” Dylan said, grinning widely.
“I like it. William sounds like the main vocalist of a boy band,” Jun said with a smile.
Suddenly, the baby kicked.
“He just kicked do you like the name William?” Jun asked, eyes wide.
“Oh my god, he kicked again! He likes it!” Dylan said, laughing in surprise.
“Then it’s settled. You’re William now,” Jun said, beaming.
“William… it just sounds so right,” Dylan whispered, smiling as he laid his hand over Jun’s.
They were almost there. Their baby boy William was coming soon. And everything felt perfect.

“JUN, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU TO PUT THE—” Dylan shouted as he made his way to their room, but the words stopped in his throat the moment he saw Jun and their 3 year old son curled up together, fast asleep on the bed.
They looked so peaceful, clearly exhausted from Thame and Po’s wedding. Dylan couldn’t help but smile at the sight. He walked over and sat gently on the edge of the bed beside Jun, brushing their son’s hair away from his face.
His heart softened. He remembered the overwhelming happiness he felt the first time he saw their son after giving birth how all the pain and exhaustion melted away the moment he laid eyes on him. Everything felt worth it.
He looked at Jun and gently caressed his cheek, thinking about all the sleepless nights Jun endured just to let Dylan rest, even after long hours at work. How Jun never missed a chance to say “I love you,” how he reminded Dylan over and over how beautiful he was, especially when Dylan was struggling with post-birth insecurities. Jun always made him feel cherished. And for their son Jun would give everything.
“I know you love me so much,” Jun suddenly murmured, his eyes fluttering open.
“Yeah, unfortunately,” Dylan teased with a playful shrug.
“Dylan,” Jun sat up, facing him seriously now.
“What?” Dylan looked at him curiously.
“Do you want to get married?” Jun asked, taking Dylan’s hands in his.
Dylan froze, stunned for a moment. Then he smiled.
“Of course. Even though you’re so annoying, I still want to marry you.”
“Me too. Just wait a little, okay? I want the proposal to be perfect for you, my princess.” Jun said, gently kissing Dylan’s hand.
“But what if I propose first, huh?” Dylan challenged, raising an eyebrow.
“Then let’s see who does it first. Just so you know, I’m competitive.” Jun smirked.
“So am I,” Dylan replied with a grin.
They both laughed softly, warmth settling between them.
“I love you,” Dylan said sincerely, looking straight into Jun’s eyes.
“I love you” Jun replied, leaning in to kiss Dylan softly. Then he whispered in his ear, mischievously, “Should we give our son a sibling?”
Dylan let out a laugh and lightly hit Jun’s chest. “Do you want to?”
“I wouldn’t mind,” Jun said with a playful glint in his eyes.
Dylan squeezed Jun’s thigh teasingly. Just as Jun leaned in to kiss him again, Dylan stood up.
“I’m just going to shower.”
“Heyyy, babe! Wait for me!” Jun called out, quickly getting off the bed to chase after him into the bathroom.
And they really did give their son a sibling after that.
